This place is fully self service and yet the customer service is an absolute nightmare. With the kiosks to order that don’t provide a receipt, a clunky user interface, and disorganized menu system that lags, I wasn’t sure my order place to begin with.
I had a 40 min connection thinking this would be ample time to grab a quick bit and make it to my neighboring gate, this was also incorrect and came close to missing my flight filling me with anxiety while I waited for my only meal for the next 5 hours.
My simple breakfast sandwich took 25 minutes to make. It should not take this long to fry a few eggs and toast a bagel.
Hospitality charge on self checkout? And price was wrong on the sandwich
Waited 15 minutes for this $18 masterpiece that also leaked out the box all over our clothes. Gambled and lost before I even made it to Vegas. lol.
At the self-service checkout, you'll be assessed a hospitality fee which doesn't go to the staff. At the self-service. Since I was my own hospitality, it would be nice if I received that fee myself.
18 bucks to get sick. It took about 2.5 hours and I was puking up my guts on the plane. My poor seat partner was turning green. I’ll never eat anything from an airport again.

The prepared wraps are horrible: soggy, tasteless and old lettuce. They would be better off packaging the items separately and the consumer put it together. I would guess the sandwiches are similar bad quality. Pretty much inedible unless you are starving.
I ordered my food, waited 15 minutes, then was served a partial meal. The cook said they were out of brisket and they hoped I didn't mind. This is called stealing, they stole from me. Yes, I mind.

Charging 5% “hospitality fee” that’s not included in prices. This is predatory false advertising.

Why is this place in the airport give it to a restaurant that cares about customers.
Burgers used to be a good deal for the price. Now however, they have raised the prices on nearly everything, to the point its far worse than a sporting event. $20 for a burger? $7.50 extra if you wanted fries with it. MSP has a lot of better options that taste better and are easier on the wallet. Holy Land on the E concourse has very good gyro wraps if you're looking for something different. Or McDonalds.
As of 10/05/2022. Changed menu. You need an account to order food now. And prices? Well they went up drastically. On 10/04 a california cheeseburger basket was reasonable. Between $8 and $9. Today on 10/05 a cheeseburger basket starts at $16.99 with cheese, pickles and ketchup only. Anything else like tomatoes and lettuce costs extra. Airport employees are furious and will no longer be eating here. I've never seen a price hike so substantial for sub par food. Avoid going here. This place needs to close it's doors and go out of business. An absolute waste of space in a prime location.
Spent over 37.00 for two sandwiches chips and pop. The sandwiches were garbage. Show them to attendant and she just said oh. I threw them in the trash. Won't buy food there again when at MINNESOTA airport. Mackey D's.. don't waste your money.
