I walked to purchase the pack of 4. My total was $15 more than what listed on the menu. The employee explained that they were out of the 4 pack (the old Cinnabons from the morning or the day before) and that I was being charged for the fresh Cinnabons per piece (and not the 4-pack price that is listed). Please update your menu to say price of old/ stale/ not fresh 4-pack only. Also list that you would not sell fresh Cinnabons as a 4-pack since you are charging by the piece

Conveniently closed the exact minute I walked in 20 minutes before they were supposed to close (7/9/2024)

App says they open at 6pm. One of the two workers went into the shop at 6:01 am. After asking when they'd be opening as it was now 6:10am. The lady stated that the opening times sometimes are later because they don't get everything baked. There were a few people waiting too. If your store hours say 6am, be open and ready at 6am!

I had asked for the cinnamon bun next to the empty space closet to the clerk serving and she said I couldn't have that one that I am going to get the top one with the 3 buns across. I said no I want the one besides that empty space where one has already been taken from. The African American girl said this is our policy. To make me matters worse they didn't even have coffee. She said we don't have coffee here. Customer service was terribly rude here. Needless to say I had to walk away.
