I've loved going to Crisp and Green for years now, but it seems they've either really gone down hill in the past year or so, or this location is just a bit messed up. Without fail, they forget to put something on my salad that I inevitably paid a couple bucks for. Add eggs or parmesan crisps or avocado? More often than not, I get home and find out it's not on there. It happened to me several times in a row, to the point where I actually reached out and was told a ten dollar credit was put on my account. That also didn't happen. So now I just make sure to go over my pick ups with a fine tooth comb (and good thing, because today yet again I was missing my parmesan crisps). It seems to be the only way I can get close to guaranteeing I get what I pay for.
Also side note: got two smoothies today that were 1) very underfilled and 2) watery tasting, and went back to check my order and water is literally listed as the first ingredient in the smoothies now? Are they different than before? They sure taste like it. And it's a bummer paying $10 for a cup of watery dates.

I ordered on the app ahead and went right to the store to pick up and when I got there I was told that I had to wait for 20 minutes since it was ordered on the app. The app did indicate that it would be ready in 20 minutes but I figured it would be quicker to order ahead and pick up, especially since there was only 2 people in the line when I got there ordering and no one else waiting for their pick up order. I guess it would have been better to order at the store rather than ahead of time.

I love Crisp & Green. But at this location, they literally take 5 min for each person in line. I showed up and there were 4 people in line. I've been standing here for 20 min and I still don't have my salad... They aren't properly managed or dividing labor in an efficient way.

Walked into this beautiful establishment and greeted with welcoming smiles. When the salad was made, I requested that it be mixed with my dressing of choice. The employee entirely soaked the bowl with dressing and ruined the salad. Nothing was fresh anymore. I mentioned to the employee that it's mushy and over dressed. She didn't try to correct it. Without showing a scene, I just took the salad, left and put it in the trash. It was not edible. Waste of my money, lunch break and a trip. How unfortunate. Lesson learned.
I love Crisp and Green it has replaced Salata for me! I always get the seoul bowl but I want to try the fiesta bowel someday.

I'm a regular Crisp n Green customer. Their food is good. However, the last 2 times I placed an online order and picked it up, I got home to find, the first time, someone else's salad. I called 3 times over the next few days to check on the refund they promised me. Never got it. The second time, I got no dressing though I ordered it. So check your takeout before you leave the store cause getting home without what you wanted is infuriating!
