I always have a good experience here.I wish the owners/managers would change the credit card payment system to allow us to tip the employees! As of April 2024, this is not possible. But is possible in other C&Gs!

I had the pleasure of eating "to go" salads at this establishment on both Saturday, March 16th, 2024, and the following day on March 17th, 2024. It was my third visit in three days, with the first being in Wayzata on Friday night. It was a great weekend for eating !!!!I have been lucky enough to dine at most of the Crisp and Green establishments in the state and one is Hudson WI.While most of the team members are usually elite in their duties and responsibilities, two team members at the Grand Ave store really were above and beyond while on my visits.Team member Zai (sp?) had really great energy and passion for the brand in everything she did. She perhaps represented this company better then the hundreds of team members I have dealt with.As I feel the salad experience is greatly enhanced by the crunch, I explained this to the team member that was assembling my salad on my visit on 3/17/24. This team member went above and beyond in crushing my chips into a separate bowl!!!!! In my approximately 100 visits in the last two years, no other team member has ever even offered to do that. It was a very small gesture, but really made me feel taken care of.

My food is always good here but I just wanted to make a recommendation. Please stop shutting down the smoothie bar before close. Some of my friends and I went the other day after a yoga class to get smoothies. At 9.45pm we were told we couldn’t get one because they shut down the smoothie station early. Not sure why but the company definitely missed out on money. We left and didn’t end up getting anything

Since this restaurant opened on Grand Avenue, I have visited several times. I want to like this place but I am not planning to return. The food is prepared in an inconsistent manner so every time the same dish is a little different. The atmosphere is of a fast food restaurant but the prices are regular restaurant prices. If these were the only issues, I would probably still return. However, the restaurant seriously lacks on cleanliness. The last time I went, four weeks ago, I had to use the restroom. It was filthy. There was dried feces and urine on the toilet. The floor was covered in a sticky substance that made my shoes squeak as I walked back to my table. When I complained to the friend I was with, he mentioned that the last time he had come there he was thinking about not returning because the person who prepared his meal was mopping the floor with gloves and did not change them before preparing his meal. He mentioned that there would be a lot of germs on a mop handle, and now those germs were likely in his salad. He said he threw the salad away and didn't eat it. After this last visit, I went online and found a form to submit my concerns about this location to Crisp and Green. I gave them a month to respond to me but I have not heard back, hence I am writing this review because it seems that nothing is being done to address cleanliness issues at the Grand Avenue location.

Tonight I went in for two bowls which were the same thing(smash bowls) I asked if I could add edamame and chickpeas to one and they told me they no longer carry either of them ... then I get home and notice they added pecans to both bowls which is not an ingredient listed in the bowl itself and the rice in the bowls is super overcooked to the point it started to brown and crisp up..

Food was ok, didn’t seem very fresh for an overpriced salad. Service was awful, seems like there’s a serious lack of management as it was just workers standing around talking to eachother while I was waiting to order. Maybe different locations are better but this was disappointing.
