I've loved going to Crisp and Green for years now, but it seems they've either really gone down hill in the past year or so, or this location is just a bit messed up. Without fail, they forget to put something on my salad that I inevitably paid a couple bucks for. Add eggs or parmesan crisps or avocado? More often than not, I get home and find out it's not on there. It happened to me several times in a row, to the point where I actually reached out and was told...

I ordered on the app ahead and went right to the store to pick up and when I got there I was told that I had to wait for 20 minutes since it was ordered on the app. The app did indicate that it would be ready in 20 minutes but I figured it would be quicker to order ahead and pick up, especially since there was only 2 people in the line when I got there ordering and no one else waiting for their pick up order. I guess it would have been better to order at the store rather than...

I wish the menu contained more than one vegan item. I have only tried the Seoul Bowl and I like it. It’s always a luxury to have a giant salad prepared for me. I’ll have to get creative with the build your own menu someday.
