I used to work here and I have to say the quality was always mediocre and uninspired but I fear it has gone further downhill. The chicken I just ate was rubbery / soggy and flavorless; a living creature died for this??? They did not tell me they ran out of salsa for the fiesta bowl which means it was incredibly bland (I would not have ordered it in the first place if I had known). The smoothies are okay, but the lack of organic ingredients at a supposed health store is an abomination. $26 for basically a banana smoothie and rice and beans. I am writing this to remind myself never to come back. Seriously.
I went for a beautiful bike ride around Saint Paul today with my daughter and we stopped at Crisp and Green for some smoothies and were greeted by a worker named Maddy who was so sweet and welcoming to my daughter and me. Even got to chat with her about tattoo ideas 😆! Will be biking more around here to stop for smoothies! What a perfect Saturday in the city 🤪😁🚴♀️🩵

i come here routinely and i find that the food (ESPECIALLY the dressings) and the customer service is AMAZING. particularly elizabeth, she is amazing at her job and should be given five stars just for her working there. also sara maria manages the store wonderfully and always ensures that the food is fresh and the customers leave smiling. if i could give this restaurant six stars i would, but there are only five, so i will leave five stars and one raving review.

I love this Crisp and Green - it's perfect for after a workout. I always think the ingredients here are fresh and honestly it has some of the best staff. I love Lan Chi, she is the sweetest and is always so kind to interact with. ♥️♥️ Give her a raise 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Lan chi made a great healthy salad. Love eating clean.

I love my Crisp & Green, but this location has repeatedly been a bad experience.
Every time I go in, I end up standing there for so long, even if there’s only two customers waiting to order. One person works the counter while 3-4 others keep doing their side work, and it’s rare that someone is actually friendly—usually I feel like it’s an inconvenience I’m even there.
UPDATE: I went in again last night after a workout. I don’t know if the employee took immediate disliking to me because I had some modifications to my order, or if it was because I was in a sports bra, I don’t know. I was friendly, but she was noticeably cold and curt towards me, and then her demeanor completely changed for the next person in line. As for the expensive yet disappointing açai bowl I ordered, I asked for the bananas to be removed and replaced with extra strawberries. The sorbet was completely frozen (to the point where I had to leave it out at home for a while until I could actually eat it), and the kiwi was extremely underripe.
Also, there was one person ahead of me in line, and yet I stood there from 7:04 to 7:22. There were at least three employees, probably more. Ridiculous.
Avoid this one.
Crisp & Green is a gem, discovered only by those who enjoy fresh veggies. They have about five different greens to choose from, cold, and warm veggies, at least 4 meats, and other proteins to add to your salad, 4 chip toppings, and a variety of cheeses. Salads aren’t the only meals they offer; there are bowls, and I believe wraps. Man! I enjoy eating here! I live in Florida, but this place is in Minnesota. So when I’m visiting, I eat here nearly everyday, sometimes twice a day. I’m not ashamed to say it!!! Because, the food is delicious! After eating here for an extended period, I realized my digestive system had changed! No more cramps, and bloating. What had I unmistakably stumped upon? My diet had not contained wheat for weeks!!! So, I gave up eating wheat, as a result, I’ve been able to control my weight and as I mentioned, no more stomach cramps or bloating! Who knew, Crisp & Greens was an answer to a problem I didn’t know I had!
