Absolutely no urgency with their staff. Usually like 40 people behind constantly. Missing food before my flight. Completely understaffed.
The salads are made to order, so it's usually pretty slow if they are busy. The staff are not overly friendly, and you order by touch screen.

Looks nice. I ordered on the self checkout device because no one talks to you. It took 3 months for the card to read, it said approved, but never confirmed. I waited 10 min, asked a staff member of my order went through… she never answered… just walked away. I get technology issues, but there’s. O one there to help. I’m sure the food is good, but I’ll never know.

Worst Crisp&Green that I’ve been to. There was only 1 employee working and they were being extremely rude. I witnessed people trying to ask him questions and he would either fully ignore them or snap at them. It took 25 minutes to receive my salad. There were flies buzzing around the sauces and utensils.

Blasting music right at my gate! So rude! Turn it down ! Crisp and green is ruining my experience at Gate 19. So horrifically, narcissistically discourteous and rude

Airports are rarely vegan friendly. I figured this was the best option. It’s located by G19. Relatively good for “airport food”, but if this place was anywhere else I would not likely dine there.
The employees were in bad mood. Not sure what was going on. No napkins available for customers, which is unacceptable. Should have checked the reviews before ordering.

I don't know about the food. I don't know about the service. But the music is so rudely annoying, I can't imagine anyone ever having anything but indigestion after "dining" here.
I should have checked their reviews before ordering. The food wasn't good and it was missing several of the advertised ingredients (salsa, avocado, peppers, and bok choi). The young woman who called my name didn't communicate this and I had to ask why the bowl looked like it was missing ingredients and she said very annoyed sounding and plainly "we ran out of salsa". No apology or attempt to rectify the issue whatsoever. After taking a few bites and assessing the contents of the bowl it became apparent it was missing a lot more than salsa so I walked back up and conveyed that to the young lady and she (even more annoyed sounding than previously) retorted with some brush off attempt excuse about how they got slammed and ran out of a bunch of stuff, and again no apology or attempt to make it right. I called her out on it and she directed me to the manager who wasn't much better but agreed to refund me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Neither crisp nor green! I ordered teriyaki bow and it was terribly yucky… the flavor was non existent, the broccoli was soggy and mushy, the chicken was dry as wood.
The açaí bowl was amazing!

Just ordered a cinco de light salad to go. Had to board quickly , when plane was leaving discovered I had been given another type of salad with shrimp to which I am allergic. Wasted 15.00. Will never eat there again! Was no way to contact power to complain !
