Just ordered a cinco de light salad to go. Had to board quickly , when plane was leaving discovered I had been given another type of salad with shrimp to which I am allergic. Wasted 15.00. Will never eat there again! Was no way to contact power to complain !

Don’t bother. Employees are rude. I asked if they could tell me when my order would be ready (people who ordered behind me received their salad before me) and instead of answering me, the employee rudely complained to me that he’s the only one working and he couldn’t help me.Look, I get it. The service industry sucks. But it’s not an excuse to be rude to customers. Just look at the computer and tell me where my salad is in relation to the other orders. Or better yet, put up a video board that shows the orders. And be nicer.

Not sure what to say, ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad and there was no chicken or bacon. Do I fault them for being out of the ingredients, no. But do I fault them for not communicating this when they were making it, or handing it to me, absolutely! I got right onto the plane so I didn't notice until I was in the air and could do nothing about it :(

How I heard of this place: Needing a quick breakfast before boarding our flight, the line non-existent and the options looking good. Type of cuisine: For breakfast, egg baked, protein balls, açaí bowls, smoothies and open faced toasts. Ambiance: Strip mall style, walk up orders on tablets to be made and delivered at the opposite end of the counter. Limited to no contact with employees. Set at gate G 21/22, under fluorescent lights and amidst hundreds of travelers seated in the waiting area. What I ordered: We selected 4 avocado toasts with sliced, hard boiled eggs, bacon, a generous helping of salt, lemon juice & everything seasoning. What I loved: The crispy bacon, the "healthier" option. Why I loved it: A quick and easy meal, something we'd make at home but available while traveling. Cost: High ($8.49/single toast)

Super friendly and welcoming staff, delicious food. Purple smoothie is a must try

Ordered the Seoul bowl to go on the tablet, they got my order ready fast and it was all correct. Unfortunately I paid extra for chicken instead of tofu and it was by far the most dry chicken I have ever had. I also think I got less than 10 pieces. The seating area music was too loud so I walked down further a little bit and found a seat with a table at G14.

I am no expert on food but I am pretty certain they are dying their food here. I got the chicken bacon ranch salad and it was off and had all the signs of dyed greens… and even with sufficient detective skills I can’t seem to find the specific ingredients anywhere to check which dyes are used. Just an

So impressed. Walking past all these different restaurants, full of greasy and healthy food and this is a small corner restaurant with good food, very kind and friendly stuff. Food is hearty, healthy and delicious. Kudos to Blake the managerVegetarian options: It’s a salad ball with warm or cold salads, so, of course you can select what you want, and each bowl is accessed separatelyDietary restrictions: I left off chicken.

Walked up at 8:48pm on 11/16 to be told they were closing but their hours are until 9pm. Someone needs to hold their staff accountable because they are not working the hours they say they are. They suggested I go next door.

It’s a relief to find great food in the airport. Staff was friendly and the food is delicious!!! Price is fair for what you get. Very pleased!! And will definitely come back again!!!Vegetarian options: I did the build your own salad. The dressings were not labeled Vegan but the staff informed me of the ones which were. I got the Korean Cashew dressing which is wonderful!!

Awesome salad! At MSP Terminal 1. I used the self order kiosk and it was simple and fast. Had the squashgoals salad. I'm not a huge squash person, but this salad was pure perfection. Kale, roasted squash (firm), chicken, apples, pecans, quinoa and dressing (don't get dressing on side. This rich combination needs it tossed) Perfect for Autumn day and long layover. We'll worth the price compared to other crappy airport food. And healthy. Plenty of staff with great service. Waited about 8 minutes for food.

I've walked past this place several times and it looked ok. Yesterday I got a salad from there, and I won't be back. $18 for a salad with several pieces of rotten black lettuce and no flavor. The fact that the salad was very soggy just enhanced the miserable experience.

“Opens at 5am” means apparently means “opens whenever we feel like opening,” since it was 5:10 and the workers saw me but continued to ignore me until I finally walked away.
