The only complaint is and this is for every Culver's that I've been in when you order a shrimp dinner you get a dinner roll and it is cold and hard and the butter is in the refrigerator so you can't spread the butter on the bread come out with a softer bun.
They didn't ask me if I wanted the ice cream now. Why would I want the ice cream later if I'm driving through? They told me I would have to park then go inside to get the ice cream. That makes no sense. If I'm in the drive-through, I shouldn't have to go inside to the ice cream.
