I ordered the Original Fried Chicken Sandwich with Crinkle Cut Fries, and a Vanilla Shake. The sandwich was pretty good, and the fries were fine.
I wish I could review the shake, but their machine was down. This became problematic because you order on the touchscreen, and to get a refund, you have to go through this entire process of scanning a QR code and filling out a survey. The employee manning the station didn't speak English, so we had to rely on our smarts and faith in Providence that we submitted the form correctly. Honestly, the process was horrible, and made me regret stopping here from the outset.
Despite the rigmarole, the chef was friendly, even though, again, we couldn't communicate besides pointing. But be warned, it took about 15 minutes to get our food, so if you're in a hurry, this isn't a fast food stop.

We tried the cremini mushroom burger although it was cooked well its was completely lacking in any kind of flavor. I pinch of salt and pepper would have gone a long way. Very nive gentlemen working there but the food just isn't worth it....

Ate a hot dog before heading to Las Vegas and cheese curds. Hot dog tasted like a sausage dog wasn't great, curds were ok. Workers kept forgetting things on both me and my uncle's order. Had to get something quick and was easiest to get too

My chicken sandwich was cut in half and cook saw it was still raw. His resolution was to put it back in the hot grease. He repeated this two more times. I couldn’t even chew sandwich. I asked him if I could get a burger instead. Two minutes later the burger was ready. I wondered how anyone could cook a hamburger that fast. While I was waiting I saw a cook come from the back with a pan of raw chicken. He took the unrefridgerated chicken and put it on top of the fresh chicken. The liquid in the unrefriderated chicken looked like milk. I was so grossed out I tossed my burger and only ate the fries. Don’t go here!

We ordered 2 hotdog's, never received them after 45 minutes of waiting. We then had to file for our own refund. The most disappointing hotdog's we never tasted!!! Had to board a plane, didn't have another half hour to wait for them to try again. Customer service is non-existent at this dump!

I didn’t experience the poor service others have mentioned. The gents working today were kind, my burger arrived in just under 6 minutes after order and was quite tasty.
I’ll grant, for a burger, it’s expensive. If I had to provide any recommendations I’d say the fries were low quality for the expense; Ora-Idaho crinkle cut fries should only be served to children at home…
I tried to buy a bottle of water and got yelled at multiple times by the rude worker behind the counter who wasn’t formulating full sentences. He literally pointed at me and said “YOU! What do you want?” After I explained I’m trying to buy a water, he starts yelling “You! listen! Scan!” There was nowhere in the tablet app to scan anything making this interaction incredibly unhelpful and useless. I can’t believe how rude this person was and they weren’t even remotely busy. Absolutely ridiculous experience. That person should not be working a customer facing job.

Objectively I waited about 30-35 minutes for a burger and chicken tenders. Given the long wait time I got to know some of the others in line who said they ordered after I did, but they got their food first.
Besides the long wait, the chicken tenders looked either burnt or fried in old oil. The reason is that the breading was black in various areas.
The chicken tenders, the burger and the fries all lacked seasoning. They tasted bland. All that for $45 and a wait that meant I had to take my food onto the flight instead of eating at the table.
I cannot stress this enough that if this place doesn't improve its wait time and provide flavorful food, I will tell everyone that any other option is better, including a vending machine.

Go anywhere else! I didn't think you could mess up a $15 fried chicken sandwich that took twenty minutes to prepare, but here we are. The tomato and pickles were missing, the chicken was remarkably over cooked and the fries were drier than a Steven Wright joke.
