Go anywhere else! I didn't think you could mess up a $15 fried chicken sandwich that took twenty minutes to prepare, but here we are. The tomato and pickles were missing, the chicken was remarkably over cooked and the fries were drier than a Steven Wright joke.

If I could give zero stars I would. The gentleman taking my order couldn't understand I didn't want mustard on my chicago dog, then continued to cancel my order and order a plain hotdog. After finally understanding what I was requesting, I was given a poor excuse for a chicago dog. The bun was initially not poppy seed, the relish is wrong, the tomatoes are ravadged chunks not wedges and it has bell peppers not spicy sport peppers. It also tasted atrocious. I only had two bites of the rancid meat before I threw it away. I reviewed the image of their chicago dog on their menu. It does appear to me a traditional chicago dog. I strongly do not recommend this place.

This was an unexpectedly good experience--I travel frequently and honestly have never had a great customer service experience at any airport food joint. Most of the time it varies between terrible and adequate. This place, Custom Burger, was different--they two guys behind the counter (wish I got their names) really went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed, and seemed genuinely committed to providing excellent service. The food was good, but the service was exceptional. I hope their manager sees this--I was there around 5:30pm on 9/18/24, location near gate G22.

Overpriced, under staffed. Burger was overcooked then it was cooled off by the time I got it, fries and a 20oz soda : $25. For the the length of time it took and the quality, you’re better off with McDonald’s. Took over 20min with three people working. Manager nowhere in sight

Wrong. The coconut water was sour and rotten. Probably bad temperature control. Be careful.

cashless is classist, very bad for travelers. not to mention shake machine always broken.
Overcooked chicken sandwich. No joke, it was 80% breaded bits, 20% stringy, bland chicken. Came with a side of overpriced Sysco crinkle cut fries.

The burgers were good, the fries were either under or over cooked (but still edible). The chicken tenders, however, were AWFUL. I thought the meat was rotten at first, but I’m pretty sure it was just bad oil for frying. Literally had to throw them away after a few bites. And it wasn’t just the one piece - all 4 of the tenders were awful.
The restaurant looked clean and the people were very nice though?
