I didn’t experience the poor service others have mentioned. The gents working today were kind, my burger arrived in just under 6 minutes after order and was quite tasty.

This was an unexpectedly good experience--I travel frequently and honestly have never had a great customer service experience at any airport food joint. Most of the time it varies between terrible and adequate. This place, Custom Burger, was different--they two guys behind the counter (wish I got their names) really went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed, and seemed genuinely committed to providing excellent service. The food was good, but the service was exceptional....
