if I could give this location zero stars I would. I’ve been ordering from here the last five times and each time they will mess up my order and yes they will send me a new pizza or refund my order, but at this point it is exhausting and I just want my food when the rest of my food gets here instead of needing to wait for a second pizza every single time. this is fifth time I kidd you not. and regardless of this, I always tip, and the delivery driver got into an argument with me saying i didn’t tip, when i did online. but yet it is freezing cold outside and he doesn’t even leave his car and expects me to walk down my apartment stairs all the way outside to his car, he definitely doesn’t deserve the tip!

They got Super Mario Bros theme music when someone enters. Lol. Also, I was there about a month ago, and my 4yo daughter was with me. She fell asleep on my lap soa female worker automatically helped me Carry my order to the van, which was awesome .

Been ordering here for about a year and 1/2. 1 time problem fixed no major issues. I have 5 children so our orders are larger and it impresses me to get everything.This time we only got half our order of wings. Right sauces everything else was good but shorted on the wings. When I called to ask I was treated like a thief trying to get over on them.The manager said everyone here says you got them so I don't know what to tell you. It was extremely rude. We were ordering 2-3 times a month because everyone gets something they like, which is rare in a large family.I think in the future my money will be better spent....any where else.

Waited 2 hours. Was told I would get the delivery fee removed and they would make my pizza fresh and I can pick it up. Go to do so and the pizza's cold. Fail, Would not recommend.

Waited almost 2 hours for our order, trying to be patient, but just did not get the food. When we called, 20 minutes before takeout ended, we were told we weren't getting our food because their only driver on a busy night was clocking out soon. We would not have known had we not called- poor communication and we wasted a coupon :(Not the fault of anybody in particular, but I wouldn't recommend this joint until proper management/staffing/communication is instilled

Dominos has sustained me very economically throughout my period of homelessness. Grand location has best ordering options. Slight differences are when you use coupon for bread items they give you a chance for sauce cup in same order. Other locations just dont. I ain't hating because I eat it wherever whenever.
