Received an undercooked pan pizza. When I contacted the store the rude as can be store employee immediately blamed his coworkers and proceeded to tell me that I should have added cook until well done in the “special instructions box.” When I spoke to the manager who was even worse agreed with his employee. Refund or not I’m done with these jerks.
Worst customer service ever. Pizza arrived wrong, called to resolve and was hung up on. Called back, hung up on. If you have an issue, ask directly for Mike, or ask your girlfriend to do it so yo don't get hung up on.
Second time it's happened in the last month. Spend your time elsewhere. Customer service in the store needs to be remedied before they lose all of their customers and brand all over again.
I called 6 times and they didn't bother to answer the phone! Until the last time I called. The pizza that was made wrong. Who ever answered the phone was rude and argued with me. She tried to tell me it's what I ordered when I know it's not. She hung up on me.I liked this dominos for a long time now ...they suck!
