My mom made a mistake with her order and they refused to let her change or deliver to my address at all. The employee hung up on her too. I will never order from this place again. They have lost a customer forever. My advice is run from this location

Horrible customer service. I placed an online order and saw that the pizza was done. I called 25 minutes after that and was told that the delivery driver is out and my pizza was next to go… after an hour of waiting, I called back only to be met with verbal insults by the boy who answered the phone when I asked for a refund, then he just hung up on me. I tried calling back several times to confirm my order would be refunded, only to be hung up on over and over again. I should have read the reviews before I ordered here. Save yourself the time and order elsewhere.

Refused to help after charging for pizza that was not delivered. 2.5 stars not sure why I expected different. Called 4-5 times between 5:20 and 5:40 to be laughed at and hung up on.

Ordered our pizza from our hotel. Followed the app tracker. That said 0-2 minutes until ready. So we left our hotel. Arrived at the dominos and the music was blasting so loud the staff was asking us to lean over the counter because they couldn't here us. We then began to watch the tv about our order, 31 min wait, then to 42 min wait, then final one was 58 min wait until the counter started counting down. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked the staff again if that counter is right, proceeded to chuckle and say, probably not! The staff could of cared less. We waited in the lobby for over an hour.

I waited 45 mins after order was said to be complete, for something as remenial as stuffed bread sticks!! Didn't get my food, it wasnt even in the overn yet after 45 min wait after thier tracker said it was complete.. I left there hungry still and went to the place across the street. Was done in ten minutes and better food.

I can't rate the atmosphere because I didn't go in. And I can't rate the food because I never got it.

After 30 minutes of the tracker not updating, I called the Domino's directly. They told me the tracker system is down but they'll text when they deliver the pizza. And that was all they told me. ONE HOUR LATER I called back and asked what was going on and they said they were backed up really bad and they were just getting to my order soon. They estimated another 30+ minutes. Well at this point it was 1 am and I was not going to wait another 30 minutes for food, so I cancelled the order and just went to bed.

Twice I've ordered deep dish from here. Both times they've somehow forgotten the sauce. I can only assumed the employees are far more sauced than my pizza

1+ hour wait. When I walked in after assuming the pizza would be ready after 30 minutes, they didn’t have any pizzas in the oven and I and everyone else in the parking lot had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get their food. no one picked up the phone when I tried to call to ask why my pizza was not ready.

One of the worst experience with the delivery guy called Axel. I don’t know if it’s a guy or girl but waited for delivery from 10:45pm to 12:38am pizza for 2hrs the cooking was quicker and the food came cold. The guy answering the phone was so rude when I asked what was the estimate since I waited 2hrs he said the driver will call me while his here. They sent delivered from the app while the food wasn’t even delivered yet. Called the office again and the guy agaaaain rude and hung up the phone on me. Now the driver called saying I should come out and go to his car to get the food coz he got other orders. We never go to the delivery’s person car to get the food. Do yourself a favor and close the store if there’s no workers or having rude workers that messes up customers orders. The WORST experience ever. I want my money back for this BS. Worst customer services !!!
