Changing my review from years ago. Used to really dislike this dominos but something has changed and for the better! I’m always satisfied with the food it’s consistently well done and delivery is fast! Really happy to have a dominos I can order from again!

We ordered delivery from this dominos. For one, the wait time is way longer than it should be for mediocre pizza. Second, the driver showed up to our hotel with the wrong order I said no worries and just to call when she came back with our correct order. Our food ended up coming back over a hour past when the driver came with the wrong food (1:45am). All of our food was ice cold, it looked disgusting, and we got the wrong soda. The store isn’t run well and it’s not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor and just don’t order from here. Big mistake.

aye bruh are yall not proofing your dough!? this the second time in two weeks my pizza flatter than flat! Also why are yall marking the order as complete and then when i come to pick it up YALL ARE JUST THROWING IT IN THE OVEN?? Like what’s the point of ordering ahead? AND THEN MARKING IT READY FOR PICK UP?! like the entire time i could’ve been at home instead of waiting an extra 15-20 on the store 35 minutes AFTER i placed it. Make it make sense brother.

This dominoes location should be entirely re staffed. App order, waiting at hotel, driver pulls up out front, talks to doorman, asks if THEY ordered a pizza, and then left. I was waiting in the lobby for them. I called the location, and they sound pretty stoned, and after explaining to the first customer service expert the situation and that their driver marked the order complete, without giving me a pizza, they put me on hold to get the manager. When he arrives, having not been downloaded at all about what’s going on, he asks me what’s going on, also pretty stoned sounding. I explain, that in fact I did not receive a pizza. Then the driver calls. Having been in the front of the hotel I’m in, which on the order, says I’m in, they had left to look for a different address. I tell them they were in the right place. Ok, situation resolved. Then I get handed a soggy box with a pizza that looks like the picture I will post. Definitely not a win for this location. No rizz, 0 aura.

This genuinely has to be the worst Domino’s in the entire United States / North America. They need to just shut it down. Either the order is wrong, workers don’t know which planet they’re on, or it takes 3 hours for your pizza to arrive. It’s astounding how bad the entire experience is.

The pizzas always look like the picture attached. Even after being "remade due to bubbles". I have to wait even after the lil pizza bar thing says complete.

I hit this dominos up regularly. Sometimes they make a mistake (I mean we all do sometimes, yeah?) but they ALWAYS make up for it and that impresses me.
Today is Sunday 11/3. It’s a little after noon. Last night I ordered delivery and my food never came. Had a little wild goose chase, so I tried again this morning and the kind woman working answered the phone right away and remade my pizza (TO PERFECTION) and was timely. The company gave me a free pizza on top of fixing the mistake.
I’m thankful.
Thank you… didn’t catch her name but she said she worked day shift yesterday too, which would have been 11/2/2024.

She deserves a raise! For real for real.

I ordered from this Domino's tonight, and unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I completely understand that things can get busy, but my order took over three hours to be delivered. When I called the store to check on the status, the employee who answered was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping.

To make matters worse, the delivery driver actually arrived at my house but then left without delivering my food. I tried calling the store back multiple times, but they refused to answer my calls. I had a $6 tip on the order and ended up being out nearly $40 for a meal I never received.

I want to caution anyone considering ordering from this location—it's unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially when we’re paying for a service that just wasn’t delivered.

Ordered two pies at 10:50PM. Tracker said it was delivered at 1AM. No clue who got the pizzas but won’t order from this dump again.

My fiance and I ordered a pizza and side to our hotel room after a concert tonight (10/27), and were very understanding with the long wait time as it was clearly busy after the show ended. The problem is we never got the order, we received a phone call that we can only assume happened when the driver arrived. I couldn’t understand anything he said, asked him to repeat himself while asking if I should go down to meet him, and only heard “Oh shit-“ before he ended the call on me. We tried calling back to try and figure it out once the online info showed “delivered”, but got no answer since the store had closed by that time. Hopefully we can get a refund, or we’re going to be even further beyond pissed off.

This establishment definitely needs to be closed down. I waited for three hours for my pizza, and when I called, a woman informed me that they were merely waiting for the driver. After another hour, I called again. The man who answered said they couldn’t find my pizza. When I inquired how that was possible, he laughed and replied, “because of negligence.” He was slurring his words and sounded as if he was under the influence. This isn't the first time this has occurred; my sister has gone through a similar experience. The state should be alerted about this. I wanted to extend some understanding & grace to the incompetent staff here, but they seem to take pleasure in laughing while I sat here starving for almost four hours.

On a Monday night, my food sat in “quality check” for 54 minutes before it was sent out for delivery. Food arrived cold. I could have walked there and back in that time if I had known it would take that long to deliver.
I had ordered on Thursday prior, food was cooked and delivered in 32 minutes. There’s no consistency in this place. Both times, I was 9 blocks away from the restaurant. As an added bonus, delivery took 29 minutes.
Order delivery at your own risk. The other reviews are making me realize I should have looked at them before ordering.
