Like the donut holes
Google and the sign on the door says they close at 7. I drove 10 minutes to get here and it’s 6:51 and the door is locked and employees inside ignored me.

Food and coffee is good but the ordering process is always an ordeal, the store design is really bad for flow, no one ever acknowledges your existence, and it takes a million years to get a drip coffee

A tradition my daughter and I have is coming to Dunkin on days she doesn't have school for a particular reason. This shop is always super clean and the staff is fast and friendly.

Take too long
I wanted some hot cocoa on that chilly morning. Once I got home and took my first sip. Disappointment set in immediately. I had to add Ovaltine and coffee to make it taste like something.
