Hidden neighborhood gem! I only rated it a four because parking is difficult. The food is great and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Prices are fair and portions are generous.Deciding what to order was difficult. So many great choices.My boyfriend chose the biscuits and gravy (his usual for breakfast) and said it was the best he’s had. If you only have one place you're eating in Saint Paul while you're here, you need to stop and eat at your Neighborhood Cafe. The Neighborhood Cafe is a gem; the staff are always incredibly friendly & helpful & the food is delicious! Every time we've gone there's been a wait, which is 100% worth it & only speaks to how tasty & popular this spot is.
