$11 for a black coffee and sandwich isn’t bad for the airport. The coffee was hot, fresh, tasted great. The staff was very friendly even with being very busy. My sandwich was underwhelming as it wasn’t very warm, bagel not toasted and dry.

Ordered Matcha! it was good except for the hair in it.

Amazing experience at Dunkin’! We picked up 3 1/2 dozen donuts, and to our surprise, they gave us a free drink as a thank-you. The staff was super friendly, and the service was quick. The donuts were fresh, delicious, and a big hit with everyone. A small gesture like the free drink made the visit even better. Highly recommend this location!

Was looking forward to getting coffee and donuts between flights. Only had 30 minutes to get to my gate but decided to stop at Dunkin since there was no line- only a couple at the register talking to 2 employees. I waited while they engaged in conversation but they never acknowledged my presence. I know I made a loud sigh because they finally looked at me and the couple stepped back. Sorry, too late! Now I had no time for you to take and prepare my order for the 3 of us! Please be aware that your customers are needing to make connecting flights without much time in between. I had been looking forward to Dunkin coffee and donuts all day since there isn’t one in my state. A big disappointment to be almost to the counter and still not get it!

Not taking the app at the airport is bogus. Caribou does, so I’ll be going there whenever I’m at MSP. Greedy move by a large company.

They took away the mobile ordering/mobile pay. Now instead of pre ordering and zero wait, the mornings can be 30+ minutes in line.

Shows up on the app, but does not take the app. Cannot even get rewards points at this location. Very disappointing! I’ve already reloaded my app with money, that I could not use so now I have a big stupid investment in prepaid Dunkin’ Donuts.

The people that were here super nice. I just got a small black coffee and it ended up being $3.51. the line was kind of long but also it was the morning so people needed to get their daily coffee. The location is near seating outlet, so that was nice to have nearby.

Came at 2pm. Didn’t have time to get an actual meal between flights so I thought a donut was a good and quick idea. Got a churro doughnut and opened it in the plane. HARD AS A ROCK. Literally. Dunkin’ Rocknuts. In fact, I bought my dog a “bagel” treat the other day that was softer than this “doughnut.” Proceed with caution. Or don’t leave the counter without taking a bite first.
