My first time there. Waited an hour for 2 bowls pho and it wasn’t even busy. Barely was checked on and noticed other people had gotten their food faster than ours. Being Asian and going to other pho places , is the pho broth premade?? Why did it take so long to bring it out? Really bad first impression.

Not to mention our noodles were super soft and clumped together even after mixing and the meat was all clumped together too. This place is over priced and over hyped.

Talk about a gem worth crossing the river for. The menu is full of comforting favourites you can rely on and new things to try every time you visit. Great for a date or sharing with a big group. Service was also impeccable, we were so well taken care of. Get the egg rolls!

Nora is the best! We had some questions about the menu, and she was so informative. The food was fantastic, we had the egg rolls, pho and honeycomb cake. The best Pho I’ve ever had, and the honey comb cake is my favorite dessert! We can’t wait to come back again.

Young lady hostess was rude and wouldn't let us have the bigger booth because she said it was reserved and it was near closing time. 5 minutes after we got sat down another party came in and requested the booth and she told them it was reserved but she would let them sit there anyways since it was near closing. She barely cleared out table to make space through the night but was a lot more nice to the other party next to us who she let sit in the seats we had wanted initially. However, the gentleman who was our server was very nice which is the only reason this doesn't get a 1 star. (This was about a month or so ago). Also the extra portion of meat I added to my meal was a good size.

First, the food was very good. The service…I’ve had better? Despite coming in around 5 on a Friday with only a few other customers, it took at least 10 minutes for us to get water. The also felt like it took excessively long to come out, especially for an order of pho. Pho itself was decent, if a little bland. BIG portion! Had two servers check in on our meal within a minute of each other, and then we had to go up front to find a way to pay. The staff member I asked for help on ingredients in dessert item made me feel silly for asking; I had a nut allergy and wanted to ensure I could eat the item. Overall the food was slightly pricey, for service that was mediocre. Would come back again, but maybe just for takeout..

Parking: You may have to park a block or so away. The area gets busy so parking right on Grand isn’t always possible.

came here for lunch with the family. I was expecting better tasting food from the hype and social media. The staff was nice and friendly. The food had good presentation, BUT lack taste and flavor. Our table ordered 3 different types of noodle dishes. The noodles were broken up and very mushy. It seemed like it was made with old noodles or over cooked and left out before serving. they charged an outrageous 20% gratuity for large tables. If i had known that I wouldn't had cam e here. I do not recommend this place.
