There's always room, the spread is delicious and the staff are friendly.
Maybe the lounge is nice but the service is terrible.
Tried to book online---a glitch in the website made the booking for a different date and time. The website kept giving me error messages, so I could not update my booking. I tried reaching out to the email provided with my receipt but apparently it does not exist. When I finally got to talk to customer service, they cancelled my reservation rather than modified it. The staff at the lounge was not helpful---I couldn't get more than a few words out before they interrupted me over and over.
Pretty average. Below average food and drinks. Small.
Hot dishes are limited in number. It does offer a good view of the airport, especially during snow.
Relatively no-nonsense lounge, but nothing to really complain about. Definitely worth it if you've got a free pass, and it's not often you see a lounge without a wait-list these days.
It’s run down pretty bad
Don’t recommend
The concierge failed to mention that the lounge closes at 9pm and it is not written anywhere. I paid and did not even eat dinner because the lounge closed before I was able to. The food was below mediocre, you will find better food in the airport. The bartender was not helpful at all to make drinks or explain what they could make.
The furniture is a bit worn and space is often limited, but the service is Superior! Food is delish!
Great lounge. Lovely people.
Tanya went out of her way to help me get a lost item returned overnight. I’m incredibly grateful to her and the whole team!
I would've given the lounge experience a 4 or 5 had it not been for the employee openly picking at his teeth and digging in his mouth and then organizing the coffee bar without washing his hands. While most employees were courteous and wore gloves, openly sucking on your fingers is wild behaviour in public food service.

Staff kept allowing people in, even though there was no seating. At one time, this lounge was fantastic. However, the staff has really let the experience slide below American Express corporate values, in my eyes.
Meh…
If you have priority pass its worth it to stop in. If you had to pay idk if its worth it. Not much as far as food. Best part is the drinks. Stopped in again today and the food was the freshest I have ever had here.
Great food and fantastic service!
Tirhas was very sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. Constantly checking in on us, taking care of dishes, and making conversation. She even gave my brother health remedies when he was feeling under the weather. Very nice woman who makes the lounge a better place.
