Firehouse Subs

Eh I mean it’s what youd expect from an airport food court. Service was alright, extremely slow. Two subs took ~15 minutes from placing the order to receiving. Sub was pretty good, on par with other locations.

Not a good service at all, they are African people need to educate how to do customer service and need to knowledge about the food they have . Next to them Moes South west grill I recommend that .

They don’t accept rewards. I had a free sub reward, ordered, went to redeem, and was rudely told “we don’t do that”. How am I supposed to know this? Why are you upset that I would think I could? You have a scanner, what’s the problem?

They would t take my order and the. Pushed three orders through ahead of mine that they were willing to take after I put mine in on the tablet

Very slow service. I took about 20 minutes to get my sandwich and the place wasn’t busy. Wrote Firehouse corporate and they essentially said there is nothing they can do. Although there was a cash register (unmanned) customers are expected to order through a touchscreen device on the counter.

Cashier did not wash hands after coughing into their hands went to freezer and pulled out food, disgusting, confronted the employees and they argued they didn’t, bunch of disgusting liars work here. Food handling procedures are not being followed

Pretty good veg sub, toasted bread with overflowing toppings!

Firehouse subs in the Minneapolis airport is staffed by good and caring staff. the sandwich was a little too wet… And the tables in the common area were not well cleaned

Very good, good selection and attentive staff that try to get the most ideal and delicious option for your needs. Quite a walk for some who have flights at the sides of the terminus. Overall, great place.

1 star due to this establishment having a hospitality fee that they tack on to every order. Charge more or post this fee in plain sight. Adding it without mention should be illegal and shame on your city for allowing this and more importantly your owner for taking advantage of this practice.

Quick and easy sub to be able to grab for you to jump on a plane. And something it doesn't smell too bad when you're on the plane.
