Great atmosphere and on club level. Was much better and more reasonably priced when they had the buffet. $211 for dinner and 2 drinks for 2. They have a rotating menu so you don’t choose what you have for dinner either. Service was excellent. Cosettas is MUCH better for a 1/4 of the price.

Just don't - not even if it's someone else's money. The portions are tiny which is shocking for something that is billed as being served "family style". The menu is fixed depending on the day, but we were never brought one of the two salads, and they skipped the appetizer all together. Sides and mains came out cold - all for the low low price of $55 per person plus tax, drinks, and tip on top of glacially slow service. Putting literally anything else, even a hot dog stand, in this location would be a better use of the space.

This is likely the most lackluster expensive dining experiences that we've had.First of all, there is the matter of accessing the restaurant. The website and social media provide no instructions about which gate to use for entry. Flynt and Kyndle is on the club level. It's supposed to have restricted access. Our reservation was for 5:30 on a Minnesota Wild game day, which was 15 minutes before all gates opened. Thankfully, I found a review by someone on Yelp who detailed their own hassles in accessing the restaurant. We therefore knew to use the River Centre tunnel to find Gate 5. We joined many other people with early reservations. We ended up heading the line to go through security. From there, we took two long staircases up to the club level. Flynt and Kyndle was to the left, a short walk away. We were immediately seated. The way that the menu works is that there is a set menu each night. People don't get any choice about what they get; they get a sampling of all items listed. I do mean sampling. From the start, I was questioning the common sense of whoever coordinated the meal. The appetizer included two dishes. The 'grilled bread' was not grilled or hot, but consisted of two rolls along with cold, impossible-to-spread herb butter. Those tasted fine. The second dish was a bacon-covered cheese ball, which was served with thin tortilla chips. The chips were too fragile to dip into the cheese ball, and also too fragile to spread cheese on. The chips just shattered to pieces. My husband saw some other tables received something like club crackers instead; those, at least, could have the cheese spread onto.We ordered some drinks, too. My husband had two beers over the course of the meal. I had the special drink, The Flower, which was tasty and very pretty, but I think the servers were told to push people to buy it, as our server asked if I wanted a second one about 5 times. The next course had two salads, a pear salad and a fire-roasted sweet potato salad. I loved both, and they were my favorite course. My husband wasn't enthused with the toppings, but he enjoyed the spinach leaves. We agreed the dressings for both were great. After we were done with our salads, we had a 20 minute wait for our main course. The time was easy to track because the countdown to the start of the game began on the TV suspended above. Judging by how we saw a main entree go past us, and our server shouted "no!" to the delivery guy as he set everything on a table in another server's section, we are guessing that our order was given to someone else. In any case, we had a long stint of nothingness, with no food, no service. We finished off our water and never had a another bottle brought out. When the food finally came out, the meat portions were... meager. Mind you, they were delicious, but my husband probably could've had them all himself and not been full. The three meats that night were beef short ribs, roasted turkey breast, and smoked ham. The two sides were roasted Brussel sprouts and cheesy whipped potatoes. The meats were hot. The sides were barely above room temperature, which was a real shame, because the flavors and textures in both were great. We couldn't quibble, though, because at that point, we'd almost been there an hour and we really needed to get to our seats. Fortunately, when my husband asked for the check, it came out right away, so payment was done in a matter of minutes.I am deeply disappointed with our experience. The restaurant has a lot of promise, but from food to service, everything feels bungled.I will add this, though: just outside of the restaurant, there is a dessert stand with various extraordinary cakes. I ordered a slice of rainbow cake. It was awesome, and it, at least, was ready to eat in a timely fashion.

The only decent part of this experience was the staff. They were friendly. The food is awful and not AT ALL worth the money. Literally eat anywhere else in the Xcel.

I made reservations to dine here after the TSO concert. The Menu for the evening looked great ( it was the smoked chicken, ribs, brisket burnt ends.) Looking great and tasting great are vastly different distinctions, unfortunately. I can't adequately describe the food as anything but atrocious. Our appetizers were " Grilled bread" and Buffalo Chicken dip. The bread is in quotations as that is how it is described on their menu but it is certainly not grilled. It was a hard and chewy dinner roll served cold, with a citrus zest spread that was good but also nothing like the menu description of "herbed butter". The dip was appealing but was also cold and the tortilla chips they gave with it couldn't actually make it out of the dip alive. Next came the salads- sadly, in retrospect, these were the highlight of the meal., The spinach salad was dressed well and had great flavor and the apple cider coleslaw was the shining star... The "3 Cheese Mornay Mac N Cheese with breadcrumbs" was NOT a mornay and was chalky with a gritty texture and there was not a single breadcrumb to be found. This last part didn't truly bother me, but at this point I was trying to rectify the menu descriptions with what was sitting on the table in front of my kids.... The penne noodles were a flattened mush... The mashed potatoes and gravy were at least hot. Lastly- we have the under cooked smoked chicken that was bloody red and leaking onto my plate. The smoked ribs were cold on the bone and the burnt brisket ends were a mixture of gelatinous goo and impossibly tough. The server was very pleasant and found a manager for us. After a couple eye rolls from her as I was expressing my displeasure, she comped a couple of the charges, even after I told them, in no uncertain terms, did I want that. I specifically told the manger I would pay full price for everything because I did not want the perception that I was complaining for freebies. I spent decades in the food industry and as a chef, if my food went out like that, I would have been ashamed. Lastly, as I complete this Iliad-esque Google Review, I noticed several other tables with uneaten, full plates of food so I was left with the conclusion that I was not alone in my displeasure.

I am suprised that a quality outfit like the Wild would allow Flynt and Kindle to tarnish the fan experience.

…think seasoned cardboard veggies, slimy lamb shank, teeny portions & you’ve got the Flynt & Kyndle menu.

Horrible!!! Service was absolutely Terrible. The hostess served us more than or server. Drinks were overpriced and tiny volumes. The pre concert food was ok at best. The website says they cater to gluten and dairy free, not really. Very overpriced dinner. Appetizer was. Hawaiian dinner roll and Ritz crackers with cheese, not gf or df and no alternative options. Best point however was convenient location before the concert. However, we don’t be back. So disappointed.
Dietary restrictions: They do not provide options for gluten or dairy free.
Agree with the reviews of not worth the money and poor food. I really enjoyed the Headwaters buffet. Came back to Flynt and Kyndle and the ribs were chewy and lukewarm. Only the salads were served at the right temp. Service was fine but not great.
Very average food, ribs were super hard to chew, everything was served barely warm. Ended up paying for 2 adults (had 4 drinks )and 2 kids $360 Which is a joke, totally not worth it.

You, set high expectations. You, fell far short. What an outrageously expensive ‘family style’ “buffet you have at the Xcel center. I, was a guest, of a paying season ticket holder. We almost got up and walked out. There won’t be a next time. Save your money and go to Cosettas, or Parlour, or any other place. What a ? complete rip-off.
Good was really mediocre, service was fine. Very expensive for not great food.
We had the best experience at the wild game. We did the hat trick experience which is a pre set 3 course dinner and then a drink and a snack during the intermissions. $75 each person, reservations required. The meal was great, served family style and you could have as much as you wanted. It was 2 salads, 3 main course meats, 2 sides and 2 desserts. We all thought the food was really good, maybe a little fancy for a stadium but we appreciated the effort. The atmosphere is awesome. Our server Tim was hands down the reason our night was so phenomenal. If you can, request to be in his section. You pre order your intermission drinks so they are waiting for you when you get back to your tabe which is so nice. There is a bathroom also right next to the restaurant so you can use that without having to wait in a long line. The group we went with all enjoyed being able to sit down and talk during intermission while enjoying a little snack, and then you can take your drinks back down to your seat which was also nice. We thought it was definitely worth the price and would do it again. Also enter through gate one then follow the signs to gate 5 which is the indoor gate that will bring you up to the club level, that is where the restaurant is located.
Excellent food and value. Big portions, fresh salads, perfectly cooked meats, and fast service to get you to your seats before the game. There are now additional menus being rotated each game too.
Avoid this place. I’m so disappointed. The buffet they had here before was really good and it was a nice treat before a wild game sometimes. This place is not worth the money. They have a prix-fix menu that includes two salads, two sides, three entrees and dessert. The menu changes. We spent almost $200 with two alcoholic drinks and a tip and left starving. It was a tomato salad and green salad, creamed spinach, and mushrooms for sides - 4, 1 inch square slices of cold beef, a small inch by 4 inch piece of salmon a small chicken thigh and wing. That was for both of us. They served a basque style cheesecake which tasted burnt, vanilla ice cream and a vanilla cream with Bundt cake and berries. Save your money and eat the stadium food which is much better. Will not be going back to this one.
