I LOVE the Del Gordo burger! Such a tapestry of flavors that I wouldn’t have ever combined, but whoever did was a genius. I’ve also had their tacos and would also recommend those. My hesitation with going here is not the entrees but the fries. Every time I go here it just feels like the fries are a sad after thought. They are pretty soggy, not flavorful, and just smooshed into a paper bag. I wish the meal was as good as the entrees.

The food is very delicious but this place is always full of smoke from the kitchen. I think they need to improve their exhaust fan. This is even toxic. I went on Sunday, March 10, and the entire restaurant was full of smoke. How is it possible that these restaurants sell food? very good and do not invest a little in improving the atmosphere of your premises.

Wow, their burgers are so yummy! I got the number one, the del gordo burger combo. The meat patty was perfectly cooked, not too raw, but not too well done. The bacon was also perfectly cooked, not too hard but perfectly crispy and flavorful. The rest of the burger, the avocados, lettuce, mayo, mustard, jalepeno, and I believe ham too, all combined together so beautifully to give the perfect burger packed with flavor.

FANTASTIC place. For such a small, almost hole-in-the wall spot, this was incredible. The deals they have here are great, and I was so impressed with the del gordo burgers. I would love to go back very soon. Everything is made to order and the taste quality is through the roof.

Normally the food is always great from here, I’ve ordered the fries many times. But this time as I was mixing the fries I saw a twisted piece of metal! Like from a metal pan sponge! Thank goodness I saw it and didn’t swallow. Please be more careful!

I ordered through uber eats. Got the three birria tacos and the elote in a cup. Both were good. Only knock was the birria stew needed a little more flavor. I will definitely order from here again.
I would go back to Hamburguesas el Gordo in a heartbeat. I want their street tacos and burgers all day! The staff knew exactly what they were doing when they served me these dishes. Both were packed with flavor and juiciness, served hot and ready to devour!! There is not a ton of seating room so come prepared to either get cozy or take your food to go. My mouth has been watering ever since, counting down the seconds until I can eat these tacos again.

Out of the three locations, this was the first to disappoint. I did take out, and I wasn’t super pumped with my food. I got asada fries, and they were buried under about two inches of cooked onions. I like onions, but the ratio was so out of wack it was nearly inedible. My aguas frescas was warm. I’d say I’d give a try again, but the other two locations are always great

If you know what to order you will find something delicious here, like their burger. But, the other items in their menu can be deceiving. Only their burger are good, especially the El Gordo Double, no pickled jalapeños. Their service is slow and sometime a bit rude but I Ike to think that they were like that because they are always extremely busy. The ambiance to eat there is not the best or probably even possible. I have always taken the food to go and eat at home.
