DHS has been efficient and helpful. If you provide the correct documentation and attitude, you will receive the help you need. The workers case loads are enormous, so be patient, leave whatever message you need to leave, and remember, that we are all in this together.
I had issues with my background check from November, because I unknowingly needed documents filled out for WI. I called at 9am, and my issue was resolved in a timely and friendly manner. Greatly appreciated!!
