I was here at 5pm on March 5th and the door was locked, there was no signage explaining why they aren’t open during business hours and they were not answering the phone. I understand things happen and maybe the staff had to evacuate the building for some reason but if that is the case it should really be posted somewhere. What a waste of time.

Delicious smoothies, and bowls and they also offer wheat grass shots and are adding great other items to the menu. My favorite is the peanut butter mood or greens and ginger. My daughters like the razz ma tazz. Everyone is ALWAYS so friendly with us that's why we go so much :)
Oh if purchase the Jamba Juice tumbler for 19.99 every time you bring your cup in you get a discount and on Mondays with your tumbler you get HALF OFF that's so awesome.

Manager was rude. Prices way too high. Attitude when u ask questions about the menu or want to substitute ingredients. I simply want the drink left a little thicker and they never understand. or want to give me a ingredient that wouldn't help. my idea is turned down and I have to tell them again yes that's what I want to do to achieve the thickness. Very few times I was offered the leftover stuff they throw away. When they do offer it, people are thrilled!! or offer to let you try the previous persons flavor before throwing so much away would be the best selling point on something you may not have tried. People look forward to those things and you feel like your dollar is well spent.

I believe hair nets should be worn here my appetite was ruined twice because hair was in my food it sucks because I really love this place I usally go twice weekly but I have not been back since

The kale smoothie was so flavorful! Although, we came here for the juice. It was lit the only place offering juice on g-maps at the time in St. Paul as other places are closed/no longer operating. All to find out when we got there, that the equipment was out of order and has been for some time. Hope they can get this fixed soon!

Worker helping me tonight (young brunette male) was extremely kind and patient with me, even after I asked 10 questions and it was 15 minutes til close. Helped me navigate the menu and did it was a positive attitude. I really appreciated that, and the smoothies were great!

I have no clue whats been going on with this location lately but this is the 2 time in 2weeks i have had issues with the quality of my smoothies and the professionalism of the employees. The fact that i called and asked for my drinks to be remade (because of the long wait/no ones likes a soggy smoothie.) and the “manger” say oh yeah ill remake them and put them in the freezer for you, fast forward i get my drinks and they are complete mush is crazy to me.They just tell you what you want t hear but dont do it. $25 for what. I have been a consistent customer and I have yet to Experience or go thru this anywhere but this location. To make matters worst I only stay 8 mins from this store. LONG STORY SHORT save yourself a headache & ur money because you will be disappointed. Oh and if they say “order thru the Jamba app intsead of door dash, DONT the quality is still bad and the timing.”
