Used to be able to count on this place on the way to work. However, they only ever have one person working by themselves. (Used to be 3 people)Poor guy working has been slammed every time I try to come. Also I can't taste the chocolate in their pb mood or pb chocolate love anymore.Always get a coffee at the same time for the pairing--alas no more.:(

I love me some Jamba, I really do. If I travel somewhere and there is a Jamba in town, guarantee one of my meals will be there. This location never let me down. Fresh, friendly, efficient and fast, out the door I go.The staff have been routinely friendly, professional and amazing. Not living around here anymore but if I am back in town, you know it... I will be back.

I was having a good day until I received my smoothie bowl from this location. When I say disgusting that’s exactly what I mean, a dead ant on the old banana they topped the bowl with and what else? A strand of burnt orange hair!!! Yup foreign material in a smoothie bowl. And all they could do is offer a free bowl the next time I come into their store, that would be NEVER!

Great smoothies! If you come in on a lucky day, you will be treated like a human being. On a less lucky day, someone behind the counter will just stare at you until you talk and then will minimize any further interaction with you. I'm sure staffing is difficult, but a bare minimum of politeness and cordiality would make this place better.

Tastes good but is pretty expensive

When arrived encountered a RUDE experience with no greeting and an AWKWARD silence until I said something. Ordered a strawberry bowl and and a pineapple drink and mixed both orders up. Didn’t bother to go back to re-order due to horrible customer service.

It was a really hot day, so I stopped by to get a smoothie to cool down with. Their smoothies are generally 8-10$, depending on size, but for what you get, I felt that this is on the more expensive side. I got the plant-based mango drink, which was nothing mind-blowing but as expected (though slightly more tangy/sour than I expected). There were also some mango chunks at the bottom, which showed they used real fruit but also that they could've done a better job with the blending. The amount you get can be a bit inconsistent though - I ordered a medium, and my smoothie was about half an inch below the cover, while the customer in front of me ordered a large and received a whole large and a nearly full small smoothie from the amount they made him. It was okay. I don't plan on coming back, unless it really is another hot day and there are no alternative options available.

EXPENSIVE!!! over all great smoothies and service but the prices are too out if proportion. 10 dollars for a smoothie???? woah! also theyre no seats inside. better to just make at home!

The large is not very large and the prices are too high for what is really a medium. Thanks for tipping the screen over for me to pick between 10-15-18-20% tip or the other box. I won't be back.
