Worst experience ever ordered a sandwich last night sandwich never came decided to go to store got treated with the ABSOLUTE WORST service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. The black girl manager did not greet us she had a very hideous attitude and she called the police on us because we wanted a refund I never got my sandwich or my refund will be calling corporate but just wanted to let people know do not go to this jimmy johns I would never recommend it. If I could give you guys a 0 I would. Driver on multiple occasions EXTRA RUDE!! Doesn't speak, snatches the receipt, doesn't HAND YOU YOUR FOOD. He is 100% the opposite of customer service oriented. He's in the wrong business. Called to tell the manager and he nonchalantly said I'll speak with him. I know what that means. Therefore, I will no longer patronize this location.

The #12 unwich sandwich was made well & quickly. The inside seemed clean as well. This JJ location does everything right. Absolutely perfect. They have a couple clearly labeled options for vegetarians as well as the option to "unwich" any menu item. The food prices were absolutely through the roof for a sandwich. Food so fast you'll freak.
