Had the worst customer service experience in my entire life from this JJ. Rudest delivery person I've ever had. I used to buy food from them all the time when I worked near the Woodbury store, but I will never buy JJ again. Order anything else from anywhere else, trust me.

It’s been 1 hour and 30 minutes since I ordered. Still no food. Called store at 11:48 to confirm they had my order. They said it was being sent out now. It’s now 12:25 and. Delivery shows up, is it mine? NO it is someone in the office who ordered 30 minutes AFTER I did. ?? bless the staff they are great this is an issue of management by owner not the staffDon’t order from here don’t do it!
Nah place is a joke, look elsewhere for food. Waited over an hour for just sandwiches and chips. When they finally arrived they didn't even bring the complete order. She said she was coming right back to bring the remaining items. Never came back.

Placed an order that wasn't delivered after an hour and a half. When I called and told them I was looking for an update, they hung up on me. Waiting on a refund. Will never be ordering from this location again, maybe not even from Jimmy John's again tbh. Their service in this area is terrible.ETA: After I wrote this review, the delivery driver did come. Uncanny. I would have appreciated the person on the phone communicating with me, hanging up on a customer is never acceptable. I work in hospitality and food service. I would have been totally fine with being told that they were really busy and it was just taking a while. I just wanted to make sure that my food was coming. I am updating my review because I don't want to be unfair.

Freaky slow! Expect to wait at least an hour for any delivery during lunch hours. About 50% of my orders arrive with the chips that I paid for despite tipping 20% every time. Wish there was an alternative nearby.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered thru Doordash. 2 hrs later, no meal and store would not issue a refund, saying that the order was "on the road". Doordash also said they could not issue a refund, since they just pass the order on to Jimmy John's.
