Placed an order that wasn't delivered after an hour and a half. When I called and told them I was looking for an update, they hung up on me. Waiting on a refund. Will never be ordering from this location again, maybe not even from Jimmy John's again tbh. Their service in this area is terrible.ETA: After I wrote this review, the delivery driver did come. Uncanny. I would have appreciated the person on the phone communicating with me, hanging up on a customer is never acceptable....read full review
I have never had a better customer service experience from a restaurant… I picked up my JJ order and when I got to work, it was the wrong sandwich. I called, and they offered to deliver my correct order to work.
