Overall very good. I had a larger order and they were very prompt and also helpful in getting me set up with the app to use in the future.
Great subs! For fast food
Routinely takes an hour plus to get my freaky fast delivery. Frustrating since you have to pre-tip.

Jimmy John's is a popular lunch spot known for its favorite sandwiches. Customers praise the staff for fixing mistakes promptly. The customer service is highlighted as exceptional, with the team willing to deliver correct orders to workplaces. Customers appreciate the delicious sandwiches. The #12 unwich sandwich was made well & quickly. The inside seemed clean as well. This JJ location does everything right. Absolutely perfect. They have a couple clearly labeled options for vegetarians as well as the option to "unwich" any menu item. The food prices were absolutely through the roof for a sandwich. Food so fast you'll freak.
