I work just a handful of blocks away, however most days it is hard to go and grab lunch and rely on delivery. I thought I would give jimmy johns a chance again after a few months of not going. I ordered my meal at 11:18 on 9/29/25 and it did not show up until about an hour later. The delivery driver sat in his vehicle for about 5 minutes prior to coming into the building. Just reminds me of why I tend not to order from this location.

The quality control of this place is horrible. They’re consistently inconsistent. They put cheese in my sandwich customized to have no cheese for two orders, we were sent bags of salt and vinegar chips that were plain for two orders(again, poor quality control), now they sent us two beach clubs with no turkey in either of our sandwiches. At this point, they’ve gotten more orders wrong than right. Save your time and money, order from a different location.

Google says hours are open until Midnight, but they turned the sign off at 9:40pm. No hours posted on the windows. The woman at the register completely ignored me and pretended I wasn't there when I tried to ask her when they closed. Nice customer sevice.

This location has gone way down in terms of service. Last two times I ordered it was over an hour wait and then I didn’t even get the right order, I’m less than half a mile away.. Going to switch over to the ford pkwy location if possible. I’ve given multiple attempts to grand and it just seems they don’t care about service or quality these days. It’s a Bummer because regardless of how spendy these darn sandwiches have gotten since I worked for JJ Many years ago I still like to order regularly. Hope I don’t have to cut them off for good as the subs are yummy but too expensive for the headache recently!

Requested mayo on the side. No mayo. Called the store, I asked for the manager. That guy was extremely rude. Never again. Used to have good employees that took heart in their job.
I actually got a submarine that was to my liking. Which is very hard for me. What they were very cordial, courteous and inviting

It's jimmy John's... sandwiches (and lately wraps) that are better than most fast food, very fast service, nice people.
Vegetarian options: New Mediterranean wrap is good. Provolone sandwich is better than most fast food options, bread is delicious, and cucumbers and avocado spread are a nice touch.

UPDATE: I thought I’d try this location again on a Sunday afternoon and unsurprisingly there was a long wait. If they haven’t sorted this out in a year I don’t think they ever will.
