I got a smoothie asking them to substitute the whey powder for plant based powder. Nothing to go wild about, but I was able to get a healthyish vegan smoothie breakfast before my flight, for which I was grateful.

Was excited to order from Joe & The Juice as I get it in Europe where available. This location was a disappointment. Stopped in at 8:35 pm (they close at 9 pm) and they couldn’t make a smoothie. The place looked like a disaster. I asked why they don’t have smoothies and the lady said it was a different situation. Not sure what that meant but it didn’t really explain why they didn’t have smoothies or why the place looked completely unpresentable even though it was not closing time yet. Corporate should reconsider this as a location as it degrades the brand name.

Terrible latte. The shot was thin and flavorless and the milk was overheated and poorly textured - like a marshmallow blob. The barista was nice. It's unfortunate the drink was awful.

We were in between flights at Minneapolis airport and were excited to see a place called “Joe & The Juice.” Finally something healthy to consume in an airport! But upon reaching the counter at 7:00 PM on a Monday night, we were told they were no longer making drinks. Just coffee and sandwiches.
Very disappointing that they suddenly were no longer serving “Juice” as it is half of what their name is.

What’s going on with the attitude of the staff? Service extremely slow. Not friendly at all. Is there somebody to supervise these young women more interested by their looks and music than doing their jobs which is delivering food and drinks in a timely manner, even more important when travelling at airport… disappointing.

I have tried to come here twice to order but the workers are too busy talking to each other than taking peoples orders. Looks dirty, not clean. One person making smoothies, other staff are chatting not even taking orders. It’s such a mess.
I’ve been to Joe the juice in different locations and they’re usually so nice and clean.
This location obviously has awful management and doesn’t know who to hire or they don’t pay employees enough and they don’t seem to care about their job.

Got the nutty smoothie & subbed whey for vegan protein powder subtracted the collagen. Yo this smoothie was so good I want it pumped in my veins.
The vegan sandwich was super yum (bread was so good) but some tempeh/tofu/vegan meat for protein would take it to the next level 🔥
They also have speedy pickup for online pre-orders which makes layovers super easy

Supposed to open at 5 came at 5:15 and the gates were still up but there was a worker inside that was sipping a smoothie she clearly just made but told me she isn’t going to open until 5:30 or 6 😂literally ran about half a mile across the terminal to try and get breakfast here before my flight. Won’t be doing that again lol.

This place is a mess. 3 or 4 workers and 2 customers and everything seemed completely disorganized and MESSY! I have a stomach ache on the plane now and has to be from the drink I got because it’s my only food intake today. The nutrition info for these so called healthy drinks is HORRIBLE. I’d have been better off getting a shake from McDonalds. Please clean this place up!!!

Had it like a year or so ago and it was pretty good they had plenty of healthy options which I love I was curious and put a job application and to work in a place like this 😁 I hope I get a call definitely try them out highly recommended plenty of options

Dependency on a broken app for placing orders is garbage. People are nice. Vibes are chill. Food is fine, overpriced and tiny. Annoyance with the app cannot be understated.

They were out of almost all veggies/fruits for smoothies. I got the Hydration system which only had coconut water & lemon. No spinach, no ginger, no apple. This was on a Sunday morning. $13ish for coconut water and lemon. Crazy. Tables, floors were dirty. I've had coffee here before and even that wasn't the best. There are better options at this airport.
