They were out of almost all veggies/fruits for smoothies. I got the Hydration system which only had coconut water & lemon. No spinach, no ginger, no apple. This was on a Sunday morning. $13ish for coconut water and lemon. Crazy.
Tables, floors were dirty. I've had coffee here before and even that wasn't the best. There are better options at this airport.
The acai bowl was fantastic! $14 I'd say that's a pretty fair price for airport food. I was grateful for find a healthier option amongst all the fast food!
Great food comfortable space. However- incredibly slow service. Would be understandable if the making food/drink process was lengthy but it really isn’t… workers are chatting standing around like crazy. I’ve worked similar jobs and I too like to have fun at work but this is…. ridiculous … also especially inconsiderate at an airport where people are on time constraints and can’t wait 20+ minutes for their food (literally took 20 minutes).
EDIT: I’ve been sitting and eating and the service is worse than I originally realized. They’re taking their time to pick and choose music, having a good time dancing and chatting, meanwhile two customers have walked away because their orders weren’t being taken. Literally standing at the counter to order and being ignored. I’ve honestly never seen anything like this.
Horrifically slow.
Latte tasted like hot water with a splash of coffee grounds. Ordered a hot latte, was served an Iced latte. They did replace with hot but it tasted like hot water that went through a coffee machine. Customer service who took order was very nice and polite.
lol just close this location already. Clearly tons of negative reviews have been pouring in for years and nothing changes, but you get a blanket vague reply to each negative review how they are sorry and email them, but they don’t even reply to emails. Stop pretending you care about your customers.
an alarming lack of urgency for an airport tbh
amazing food!!! incredible healthy food choices. only thing was…don’t miss your flight. plan for the wait!!! it took me 30 minutes for my sandwich 🥪 and juice 🧃. almost missed my flight! i think they were just understaffed.
Sandwhich was fine if not middle of the road, the lighting at this specific airport location blocks half the menu so you're stuck craning your neck or losing your spot in line to find out what you'd actually like.
Iced latte I ordered was incredibly bitter and over-extracted - it looked like the employee didn't know how to use the espresso machine or doser.
Ice to espresso/milk was super off making the iced latte barely cold and highlighted the already really rough espresso shot with luke warm watery milk/espresso. For a 7 dollar latte you'd hope it actually be a bit better than Starbucks.

I cannot fathom how this place has a 3.2 rating. The food is nutritionally sound and delicious. The branding/packaging are next level. I love how seamless it is to skip the line and order on your phone.
The Joe’s Club sandwich and the Joe’s Juice are my favorite.

Cool to see healthy-ish options at MSP; the avocado sandwich was decent. But the smoothie was too thin and pretty bland, like maybe management has the recipe wrong? Posting a video of The Nutty (marketed as a protein shake) right after I got it. The staff person said it sometimes comes out like that and offered to add more ice to thicken it (?).

Awful service. Even heard the staff say this store is broken. No toutines, not clean, slow, rude. Good luck!
Monday October 28th at 2PM - four very negative persons “working” they looked angry and clearly hates their job! So why do they work here? The guy dragged his feet out ti ghe counter, after we waited forever and OMG what an attitude!!!
once seated a new que formed of 7 persons standing and waiting, the 3 girls could not care less and ignored the customers, the order taker guy had went back inside and could not bother to go out and serve the customers!!!!!
Absolutely horrendous to watch unfold, so we went up and asked to the 3 girls in front why they don’t serve the 7 persons in the que, they said they don’t take meal orders, and it was the guys job, we asked them “well why do you not then call for the guy to come out”?
They ignored us and we went back to our seat finising our meal, al of a sudden one of the 3 girls now magically could take orders
Our tunacados were wrapped in paper napkins insude the box, resulting in napkins being completely soaked and sticking to the sandwich ? so we had to get other new napkins as all the other customers- terrible waste of paper and a terrible presentation of the food, right
if you hate your job and customers so much - don’t work here!
The founder of Joe and juice, would be saddened if he saw this circus of non existing customer service
