I sat down at 6:45pm and was told the kitchen was closed. After a flight delay, I came back at 7:55pm and was told the bar/everything was closed for the night - their sign says they are open until 9:00pm. I would gladly purchase d another $25 glass of wine, and tipped another 25%, but they didn't want my business. I'm m a bit surprised as there were lots of people with flight delays who'd likely grabbed a drink before their flight. They are employing staff who eagerly deny paying customers an hour before their advertised closing time of 9:00pm.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this was really bad. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup at the MSP terminal 1 location. It was not good at all. It was a thickened broth or puree, with a few pieces of cubed chicken loaf (not real chicken, some kind of processed meat, like Spam except chicken), a few (maybe 5) tortilla chips strips, a small sprinkle of cheese, and a quarter of a hard avocado. I ordered and paid via the QR code. The total was $13.50. I ate a couple bites and left.

Just encountered an absolutely obnoxious lady. It was around 5 AM at the airport and I was just going to eat a quick breakfast my wife packed. Mind you, nearly all the tables were empty and it was in an open area right next to the gate where I was about to board my flight. I was just going to use one of the MANY EMPTY Tables there to finish 2 roll, which would take less than 5 minutes. All of a sudden this obnoxious waitress comes up to me and says if I'm not ordering anything there, I can't sit. I could understand this if the restaurant was busy, but there was almost nobody at ANY of the tables. I said I could finish my food in 5 minutes and leave but she proceeded to kick me out in proper Karen fashion. Absolute BS service. If this is the way you treat people, no way in hell I'm eating here!

Nearly $40 for a beer and a pre-made patty on a cheap bun.

Disappointed in the bartender/servers attitude. She was definitely not happy to be there and acted annoyed of all customers. When I asked about egg options(menu says eggs any way you like) she rudely said i can only do scrambled so that’s what we got along with microwaved bacon. $2 meal to make that cost me $18. Much better options around. First and last time here!

Worst service of any restaurant at MSP if your looking to be waited on go somewhere else I'd hate to see it busy here. Maybe 4 customers at the bar two never got waited on and left. Waitress would rather act like everyone else is the problem when she is typical bar tender behavior acts like everyone is stupid and the problem when she's the one with the problem. Do better patronizing.

Frozen processed chicken strips for the chicken sandwich?? Massively disappointed in the awful taste quality of food. I’d rather eat McDonalds. Go to the Hudson or Stillwater locations. Don’t bother with this one.

Paul was very nice and provided great service. Food was super good, jam made in house and the hashbrowns were delicious. I accidentally ordered a bloody Mary non virgin and he remade it for free. Very kind!
