Stopped in for a quick lunch and so glad we did. The food was fantastic and full of flavor. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The place is a little outdated and the men's room was out of service. But the food is made fresh and was worth it. We will be back.

In the beginning the food was amazing and fresh but the last few time with one being yesterday. I ordered two catfish and wigs meals and when I got home, I noticed the chicken was extremely dry to were the meat was brown and smells of a spoiled odor. It seems as if the chicken was cooked the night before and refried the next. I waited almost a 15 minutes and yet I didn't get fresh food. I mean the "catfish " was good but how do you mess up on chicken. Last time going here.

I've been here twice. Each time the service has been great and the food has been great. They make everything fresh and season it well without over seasoning. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired, but if you're craving some solid fried food, they know what they're doing.

The chicken tenders wass the bestt!!! Stopp!! & the wings and don’t miss the cheesecake strawberry was beautiful. And the casher dina was helpful & kind , I love this place and i we’ll be back of course!
Man was pretty scary nice gal. The cook was touching his phone and my bread I wasn't happy but just took home and heat up in microwave place is pretty dirty almost left not sure why I didn't the Italian beef was amazing though but who know what it really was they need some quality control for sure. I want that italian beef so bad but I also don't want to eat at dirty restaurants

The food was amazing! I had the fried wings and catfish fillets with heavy lemon pepper. Growing up in Chicago, this is the food I grew up on, so it brought me home. Great food, great sides, fresh taste.

The atmosphere needs some work. There were no tables out, no decor, and the restaurant didn't appear inviting. However, there is great potential.

Seriously was visiting from out of town and wanted to try something new, don't let the outside deter you from going in they are open and the food is delicious seriously fresh, clean, amazing customer service we will be back in a couple weeks thank you so so much!!! Yummy!!!!!!! I would have added more photos of the food we ordered but got eaten too quickly by everyone. :)
