Terrible food, I suggest you avoid this McDonald’s. Just got a chicken sandwich and it was disguising, the meat was poorly cooked and it seems that it was about to go bad 🤢I wasn’t even able to finish my meal, now I just hope I don’t get sick

I'm an airline employee who passes through this airport often. I've never had a warm experience anytime I've ordered food from this location. I always greet the workers with a warm greeting and asking them how they're doing. The response is normal cold and withdrawn. Today my order was made wrong. I ordered a bacon breakfast biscuit and they gave me a sausage mcmuffin. Not a big oops but with the added poor attitude from the cashier mad me write this review. I'll follow my first mind next time and go to Chick Fila.

Had a McDonald's breakfast after a red-eye flight, received my food almost immediately after sitting down, quick service even at early in the morning

They put fries in my son's happy meal and then let it sit there for 10 minutes while the rest of the food finished. Needless to say they were trash. They didn't make us new ones because they closed early, even though we order 15 minutes before they close. They refused to give us fresh fries. Worst McDobalds experience I had. We threw away the fries.

Mary is an amazing employee! I hope she is compensated for how wonderful she is. She went above and beyond to make our airport fast food experience much better than expected. I’ve never had a waitress at McDonalds but she was so helpful and kind. Especially working during the holidays!

Do not order from here. My wife got a McChicken and she got food poisoning on the flight we got onto. She stopped eating it when she pulled out the lettuce in the picture but it was too late for half the sandwich, and it caused her to be sick within 2 hrs. So this is a terrible location.

Haven't had a Quarter pounder in ages and MSP McDonalds by D gates nailed it!
Came out fresh off the grill and I had to let the manager know to inform her team!

The last time I went to McDonald's I had a bad experience. I ordered on the app and took a table number. I was waiting for them to bring my food to the table. The girl finally called my name. I told her this is Table Service. She told me she was too busy to bring it to my Table. The food was sitting there for 10 minutes by the time she called my name. Many times I go there they must not understand English. I order my coffee & say 5 & 5. This means 5 shots of cream & 5 shots of sugar. What's so hard about working at McDonald's?

We did not see the famous staff member named Mary, who is said to brighten everyone’s day. Other airport breakfast food was too expensive, so we came here. Egg McMuffin was ok (I would say similar taste and quality to Kwik trip, but smaller). Coffee was very hot but tasted bad. Please deep clean your coffee machines, don’t use stale grounds.

Friday, Nov 14, 2025 – 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM: The staff was speaking very loudly, and the environment felt quite unprofessional. The older lady working at the counter was especially loud, and it disrupted not only us but also people sitting at the opposite bar. This shouldn’t be the standard for any airport employee. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to return. I don’t disrespect but she is so loud that i was having a meeting and i have to tuen back and see who is shouting so loud. Please tell they to be little silent.
