Mei Mei Chinese Restaurant

Compared to other take outs that I usually go to, this is a sketchy, hole in the wall place.
Service was amazing, super helpful staff. Food is very good, only giving the food 4 stars because it is a bit bland but very editable.
The building unit could use a bit of air flow, you do notice a musky smell, like stale air.
My overall experience was very good. I would definitely try this place again.

Use to love this place. I got take out for the family since we moved far enough away that we can’t make the drive for it.
I didn’t know the place changed ownership and change their menu.
What use to be our favorite restaurant is now a place we won’t go back to. The food has change which I understand happened when the change happened. It’s just disappointing driving that far for our family dinner only to have the food not even be close to what it was in the past.
Sadly we won’t be back for another try. I hope they do well in future.

Went to visit because usually hole in the wall Asian food places are great. We show up and are asked if it’s our first time there and we said yes, we felt very rushed looking at the menu, as the lady just watched us and asked us what’s catching our eye. We wanted to dine in but were then told there was a $2 serving fee per person, which is something I’d never heard of before. We then ordered carry out and it was some of the blandest food I’d ever eaten, the chicken fried rice tasted like nothing and the beef broccoli stir fried was just watery and sad. My partner was asked for their number and I wasn’t. The whole place felt sketchy and we just left disappointed and sad.

I used my card and the worker asked if I had cash to save money cause of the card machine.The audacity! They're not a chain, but still. Maybe they should just be cash only then. I won't be back!

I tried to tell myself it was fine that they haven’t updated their google or website for prices in who knows how long, but the foods pretty bland/ sad and you get food poisoning to remember this place by ?.

I would caution that they say they now close at 7PM.

Ordered lo mein, and I have never seen lo mein look like this in my life. The noodles look like they had been cut up and chopped up the very very thick. I brought the food back to see if I could exchange it for something else the woman working the front counter told me no I asked her if I could just have my money back because it was a waste that I wasn’t going to eat it. She told me no again. This is not the first time I had to have issues Restaurant, but this will be my last time eating here the food is always greasy when the staff is very rude. No customer service whatsoever. I would highly recommend eating somewhere else that is more consumer friendly

If you want a hole in the wall amazing chinese joint, Mei Mei is the spot. I've been coming here for 16 years and the fried rice is as good the first time as it was today.

My experience here was horrible! The customer service was really bad, the lady at the counter was very hostile. and I can’t help but feel that I was racially profiled. She spoke to other people nicely who came before me! But when she got to me she seemed to turned very hostile and I’m not sure why.
