Ordered lo mein, and I have never seen lo mein look like this in my life. The noodles look like they had been cut up and chopped up the very very thick. I brought the food back to see if I could exchange it for something else the woman working the front counter told me no I asked her if I could just have my money back because it was a waste that I wasn’t going to eat it. She told me no again. This is not the first time I had to have issues Restaurant, but this will be my last time eating here the food is always greasy when the staff is very rude. No customer service whatsoever. I would highly recommend eating somewhere else that is more consumer friendly

If you want a hole in the wall amazing chinese joint, Mei Mei is the spot. I've been coming here for 16 years and the fried rice is as good the first time as it was today.

Every time I go their food is fire! Literally drive over from Eden prairie to get their food. Respect

My experience here was horrible! The customer service was really bad, the lady at the counter was very hostile. and I can’t help but feel that I was racially profiled. She spoke to other people nicely who came before me! But when she got to me she seemed to turned very hostile and I’m not sure why.

Lady at the counter mislead me into buying something after I told her what I wanted to eat. food was inedible. She wanted to charge me again to make the food that I described to her that I wanted. Was rude on the phone and tried to make it seem like I just wanted a refund. This was described as “ chow mein ”

This was my first time coming here because I just moved here recently. I ordered some chicken fried rice, chicken lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, and egg foo yung. The food was so good, fresh, and reasonable compared to other restaurants. The front desk lady is so kind and welcoming. The service is really good and didn't take long for my order. I strongly recommend this place and I definitely will come back.

We’ve been going to Mei Mei’s for the last 4 years for take-out. We love the food and Mei Mei is super kind and generous, such a lovely soul!

Oh dear, no, save your time n money. You're waaAaY better off at panda express. I really wanted to love this place, but I purchased $80 worth of food and threw it ALL away after one bite each. Just the worst chinese I have ever had. Beef n broc, lo mein, sesame chicken, sweet n sour chicken, cream cheese wontons-- ALL bland and poor quality ingredients :(

The first time i ate here the food was really good.. this time it was awful. I picked up the cream cheese wontons and they were full of grease. The lo mein had no flavor to it at all..Parking: It's a shared parking lot.. they do have a few spots reserved for them

It was a nice mom-and-pop restaurant, I was very happy with my food and the woman serving us was very pleasant. In this day and age we need to support independently-owned businesses like this one.

Excellent hole in the wall place for Chinese food. Definitely a step or two above your typical Chinese restauraunt in the US. Will seek this place out if I am ever back in the area.

First I’ll say the food I’ve had is by far the best in St Paul (sweet n sour chicken, egg rolls and all the fried rices). This time I wanted to try something new. The woman that takes orders usually pleasant but hurries you on phone when trying to proof order one time telling me she’s been doing it a long time she got it, basically saying no need to proof, well the one time I don’t proof I ordered Kung Pao chicken and got Kung Pao shrimp. I called from the car and the conversation ended with her telling me “well I made you Kung Pao shrimp” and hung up on me! I spent close to $100 for this treatment and what’s worse it had like 6 baby shrimp in it mostly souped up vegetables. I’ll find another spot I’m sure of it but she won’t get my business again.

The food was old, there was a bunch of people there. We got a 1/2 a plate of food each. And she still charges the whole thing. And we're there for an hour and left. When we are there for an hour and still don't get any food we decide to leave After that, I asked for a discount because we did not get no food. She said no and charged a full price. We will not be going back there to eat again
