25+ minute wait to get a breakfast sandwich with maybe 4 orders ahead of mine and then never got it before I had to leave to get on my flight right next to the store. You won't get any decent service and you'll be lucky to get your food.

Had to use the QR code to order online. We ordered cheese curds and a beer. Later we ordered another order of cheese curds and a beer. We got charged for four orders of cheese curds and two beers. We applied for a refund because they can’t remove things you didn’t order from your check. You have to pay for it then apply for a refund afterwards. When we went to check on the refund we discovered that they double charged us. Two charges of $50+ on our card and we were only refunded for one of the two extra orders of cheese curds. They refunded $14 and overcharged an extra $50.

All bartenders were very professional except for Mike. The condescending tone and words used with customers is extremely unprofessional. A customer ordered a beer and one of the other bartenders already asked him for an ID. When Mike came over and asked for the ID the customer told him the other bartender already asked. Mike proceeded to say “I’m only going to tell you once, If I serve the beer I ask for the ID”. Than Mike berated the other bartender about the policy in front of the customers. I understand where he is coming from but he needs to lose the attitude towards and around customers. Extremely unprofessional.

Great restaurant and really good food but they ONLY use QR codes. Its infuriating. Every time you try to maneuver the app pop ups offering you desserts and more popups. Plus you have to order everything you want at once other wise pay 2 or 3 separate times. QR codes do not work - its literally just an overhead saving technique that makes customers and staff miserable. Get rid of em!

Wow. Didn't know you had to pay to get yelled at. Over 30 min For the food and it was only ok. They include a 4.5% 'hospitality' charge...and then yell at you when you ask what the time frame is.

This establishment was a hidden wonder. I walked into the Sky Lounge expecting to be greeted with friendly arms, but instead my 16 year old daughter was denied access. As a card holder for 30 years, I was understandably upset. We descended down the elevator, utterly heartbroken, and came face to face with Mill City Tavern. Not only was the customer service impecable but the food was extravagant. I’ve never had such a beautifully plated breakfast item at an airport! The taste and experience lingered in my mind long after I dined. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a good meal after a long day of travel.
