Cute spot to wait for your plane to depart. Hearty pours and great service! Eric was a fantastic server, great job pre bussing and suggesting items to order.
I love that it was in-person ordering vs QR code so it was more personable.

Nonconfrontational people beware - I sat on a stool by my gate at the mostly empty restaurant, where the waitress approached and basically forced me to order something or move. I ordered a yogurt, and she automatically added a tip without asking. Yogurt was fine.
Despite the mixed reviews, during the last open hour on a Sunday evening, I enjoyed as good an airport meal that I can remember. It was the steak salad with a beer from the extensive wine and beer list. (Other selections would best be met by a liberal expense account.)

I just had the absolute best egg and cheese sandwich and tots. Made to order, with runny yolk! Thank you, ladies in the kitchen, you made my day!

Mimosa is located in the G gate of St. Paul ,MN airport.
It was decent enough. The Bloody Mary I had was mediocre and tasted like a clamato base rather than a tomato juice base. I had wheat toast with jam that tasted like it was also made with clamato. It's airport food... What can you expect but expensive mediocrity?
After a lukewarm greeting and taking my breakfast order my server asked for my phone number and I could see from her tablet that she would follow that question with more personal information queries. I declined to give my phone number and she replied she needed it to provide me a receipt. I told her I only wanted a printed receipt. She shouted to the staff in the back of they could print a receipt. After they responded yes she forcefully asked for my phone number and implied it was required for service. I declined and she cleared my place setting and I left.

The food is disappointing because the photographs of the meals and drinks look so good. When it actually comes out, you get a continental breakfast, limp bacon slice, a muddy looking cocktail, soggy potatoes, and oatmeal that looks more like clam chowder.

Don’t order drinks unless you want to pay $20 for straight mixer.

I like the menu. Breakfast was Eggs Benedict with thinly sliced potatoes and onions. Food came out quickly. You order on your phone at the table. Service is okay, but probably not so much if you have a lot of special requests. Food quality was good, not mind-blowing but properly cooked and tasty. I hope I get a chance to eat lunch here one day. This is a good place while waiting for your plane to depart.

Waitress entered my order on an iPad and entered my credit card number, asking me to read it out loud to her??? She added a gratuity without asking. Service was bordering on rude just dropping off my plate. I realized after I got my food by looking at the menu I should have had a choice of which toast to accompany my omelette.

One of the worst restaurants in the airport. You could order online, but no one ever came to help you if you couldn’t get online. Huge long bar very very bad experience. Do not come here.

Soon as I sat down, the waitress came up and—right off the bat—in a rude tone asked if I was ordering something. I guess it’s because they want the outlets for paying customers (we’re in an airport), but she followed up with, “If not, you can go over there,” and pointed… to another table in the same restaurant, just without chairs. Make it make sense.
I ordered fruit—it was horrible. Their tables are ugly and they literally use cardboard as placemats. I asked for water, and she spilled almost half the cup on my legs. All she said was, “Ope, sorry about that,” and kept moving.
Even while I was eating, she kept bugging me to see if I was done—clearly trying to get me out of there. Easily one of the most unwelcoming and uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve had, especially in an airport where you’d expect better hospitality.
