I’m seeing a lot of negative about this place. I’m honestly not sure why, Grilled cheese with carmelized onions and tomato, and a croque monsieur came out perfectly. No complaints here
I wanted to give this 5 stars, but the poor lady was all by herself. She was friendly and helpful. This place just needs more help
Bartender was very rude and racist and made comments as we were sitting there.
I'd give this place zero stars if it was an option.
My experience here, 1st, was very great, helpful staff, attentive and the food hot and tasty, hats not to like? Tres bien!
Came here due to Delta delay and it was perfect. Quick, tasty and fresh. Our server (didn’t catch his name) was responsive and nice. Tasty trout and chicken sandwich.
Eric was awesome and helped ensure we got our food quickly! Top marks. He was awesome
I usually never give a review unless it's 5 stars but this sadly needed to be posted. Honest mistake on the mixup of my meal, but I had to remind them of my order after 30 minutes. Then upon hearing of their mixup......I waited an additional 20 minutes for my salad and it was pressed, wilted and sad. Good wine though! Sadly no discount or a little more wine as a consolation prize. Next time I will skip unfortunately.
Absolutely a waste of money, food quality was terrible and the prices are ridiculous. The meat in the ham baguette was absurdly thin and the fries had so much salt on them they were white! Not to mention one of our orders were wrong. Even though the restaurant was almost empty we had to ask for service 3 times! Avoid....
Marginally heated food with indifferent service bordering on outright rude thanks to the mandatory pre-meal service charge. Honestly, this would have been a 1-star review (the croque madame was room temp and mushy) if it had just been me, but my better half liked the spice in the California Breakfast Bowl, so there's that.
Given the limited number of breakfast choices on this end of MSP you might be stuck here, but next time I'm just coming back for the alcohol.

Staff is inattentive even if you’ve been sitting for a while. Despite ordering from the app they didn’t serve coffee till I was almost done eating. Additionally the food wasn’t presented well, it was cold and took a long time to get - I got scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and toast. Once the food was served it took another 5 min to get utensils. I had a 1.5 hr layover and the restaurant was right outside my incoming gate. The time it took for them to prepare the food left me with about 10 min prior to boarding my next flight. There were approximately 3-4 other tables so it wasn’t super busy. They really should consider training the staff better.

They ask for a credit card to start a tab, but actually they charge you, plus hospitality fee, plus 20% tip, automatically. Sneaky. Service was good. Food was ok. Don't go out of your way to come here.
Cold overpriced food and poor service

Somehow the bar was out of mint and lemons. Additionally another customer ordered a beer which they were also out of. The bartender named Dylan was clearly having a mental breakdown…throwing stuff and screaming.

September 4th Airport location. There were two employees ( male and female). The female was rude and charged at us like a junkyard dog. so we went to a different bar and got drinks. But the worse part is she was so loud everyone within 50 feet even if they forgot there hearing aid could hear her. She talking to a guy almost hooked to her hip so why does she have to talk so loud? We ended up not buying anything and went to a different bar/restaurant
