Marginally heated food with indifferent service bordering on outright rude thanks to the mandatory pre-meal service charge. Honestly, this would have been a 1-star review (the croque madame was room temp and mushy) if it had just been me, but my better half liked the spice in the California Breakfast Bowl, so there's that.

Given the limited number of breakfast choices on this end of MSP you might be stuck here, but next time I'm just coming back for the alcohol.

Staff is inattentive even if you’ve been sitting for a while. Despite ordering from the app they didn’t serve coffee till I was almost done eating. Additionally the food wasn’t presented well, it was cold and took a long time to get - I got scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and toast. Once the food was served it took another 5 min to get utensils. I had a 1.5 hr layover and the restaurant was right outside my incoming gate. The time it took for them to prepare the food left me with about 10 min prior to boarding my next flight. There were approximately 3-4 other tables so it wasn’t super busy. They really should consider training the staff better.

They ask for a credit card to start a tab, but actually they charge you, plus hospitality fee, plus 20% tip, automatically. Sneaky. Service was good. Food was ok. Don't go out of your way to come here.

Somehow the bar was out of mint and lemons. Additionally another customer ordered a beer which they were also out of. The bartender named Dylan was clearly having a mental breakdown…throwing stuff and screaming.

September 4th Airport location. There were two employees ( male and female). The female was rude and charged at us like a junkyard dog. so we went to a different bar and got drinks. But the worse part is she was so loud everyone within 50 feet even if they forgot there hearing aid could hear her. She talking to a guy almost hooked to her hip so why does she have to talk so loud? We ended up not buying anything and went to a different bar/restaurant

You order online, which is no problem
That said, you tip in advance and get no service. They bring your food and disappear. Considering during the time I was there, there were 3 people working the front of house and only 4 people eating... you'd think there would be some service.
My to go drink had no lid. When I asked if they had them, I was told 'no' in a tone like I was stupid for asking or that asking for a to go drink was somehow a favor after my $23 breakfast (omelet and iced tea).
Omelet had 3 pieces of spinach (mostly stems),3 mushroom pieces, tiny shards of tomato.

OK for airport food. I was hoping for more, and won't go out of my way again. Atmosphere is quaint and the music does give it a French ish vibe. Service is all automated and online driven but attentive. Food was disappointing. Potatoes were lukewarm and probably from a bag of prepackaged Ore-Ida mixed. Underwhelmed.

The bartender is inattentive and rude. The waitress then told another customer “if you can’t figure out the ordering app good luck cus we’re the only place open”. Overall terrible service and terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

A very disappointing experience. To start our honeymoon off, my wife and I wanted to celebrate with a champagne toast. We figured a restaurant named after a champagne cocktail would be a great place to start. We were wrong.

Ordered a “Champagne” from the bubbly section of the menus and received a still wine. We waited a long while to see the bartender again who was stretched thin covering too large an area. After getting the one bartender’s attention they insisted that the beverages being served were champagne. We pointed out the complete lack of bubbles. The bartender offered another sparkling option Prosecco but also insisted it was also still…

We were shocked they seemed to not carry or know what sparkling wine was.

We asked to just return the wine and we were told to file a “help” request to get a refund. The email response after submitting the form was that it would take 5-7 business days to get a refund.

We had already tipped on the total. It’s wild that on top of the poor product offering that staff aren’t empowered to provide better service and issue refunds immediately.

Also, some of our food was cold and the lettuce was bad in the side salad.

Don't eat here. Had a chicken sandwich with gristle. I watched my beer sit at the bar and get warm before it was brought to me. Had to listen to the workers complain about staying late when flights were delayed. Then had to listen to the workers dropping F-bombs as they visited in the corner of the restaurant. Even for an airport, $16 for a glass of wine is unreasonable. Overall it was a poor experience and the self-ordering app had the unmitigated audacity to suggest an 18% tip.
