Utterly incompetent. Place mostly empty and it took 10 minutes for third person in our group to get their entree after first two arrived. And one was clearly wrong, they did not even bother to check order with what they're bringing out... Whatta joke. Did partial refund without objections.

Artichoke dip was served luke warm and be prepared to ask for extra bread, as the one small loaf isn’t enough for the dip. And it doesn’t come toasted and isn’t cut all the way thru.Staff is friendly, but relatively unavailable. If you can ever track down the wait staff after the order is delivered, I suppose you might get what you want. Their ordering app needs a notify service is needed option, as otherwise we weren’t successful.

Sitting at a gate adjacent to Mimosa's. I feel like I'm in a high school gym at lunchtime. The employees are clumping, talking very loudly, and don't seem to be doing any work as customers stand at entrance. Meanwhile, the manager and chef are sitting about 5 yards away from me, in the gate area, and are in a heated discussion about something. For a place that's supposed to be a French Bistro, it is exactly the opposite: it's a quintessential loud American McDonald's Playplace.

We were the only customers ordering breakfast at 10:25 am but they would not let us add sides to our orders at 10:30am. There were 4 wait staff that wouldn't bring us cheese after serving our plates. They never checked on our table after serving us. Food was OK. Look how empty it is.

The restaurant has very nice waiters. The system sucks! You basically are waiting on yourself on line and have to log in you credit card number. We went to two restaurants and werr unable to order anything on line, don't go!

I spilled on my white shirt. I went to the bar and asked for an inch of soda water to get the stain off before it set. The bartender gave me a dirty look and said that they didn't have any (total lie). I asked, "You don't have a gun?" (as I could clearly see it) and he said, "No. We charge for soda water." I thought he was kidding, so I laughed and said, "Are you serious?" He said that he was. He didn't offer me regular water either - NOTHING. I sarcastically stated, "Thanks for the regular water as well." He replied, "You're welcome." But he never gave me any. He was just a complete jerk that could barely acknowledge my existence. I was thinking of ordering some lunch, but now I don't want to. How these people with TERRIBLE customer service keep their jobs is beyond me.

I stop mimosa restaurant this morning our server was Sam Brook is outstanding very fast she was super busy and helping pretty much everyone me and my husband was very impressed by her she stopped by and asking us if everything is okay we told her we haven't get our food yet she got all the food right away and the people next to us was really mad because the other server gave them wrong food and they told her she got the wrong food but the server don't care she dropped the food and ignoring them but Sam apologize for incident and make them happy she got them the right food but the other server doesn't have any clue what she's doing I'm going to come back again cuz I got the best service even though it was super busy

This was hands down the worst airport dining experience I can remember. We had high hopes - the atmosphere was nice and servers friendly when we arrived, but it took 45 minutes for our food to come out, and only after I went up to check on our order and remind them what we ordered.Barely any food was coming out of the kitchen and the staff was basically frozen as people started freaking out that they wouldn’t get their food in time for their flights. I saw at least two tables get up and leave without getting their food (and this was after pre-paying via QR code menu).The food was pretty mediocre as well. My girlfriend’s scrambled eggs were weirdly thin and stringy, and my omelet was lukewarm - I think it had sat out for a while in the kitchen.This place is great for a quick pre-flight drink, but only stop here for food if you have lots of time and low food standards.

On top of airport prices, you get slapped with a service charge that does not go to the staff. I'm not against tipping I'm against frivolous charges to increase profits while screwing over staff.

Absolute trash. They brought out the dish I ordered, croque monsieur, without the sunny side egg. They immediately brought it back to the kitchen for 15 minutes while my wife ate her egg and toast. They finally brought it out with the wrong side, I ordered potatoes and they gave me the salad. In addition, the egg was quite literally raw on top. The translucent egg white could be seen all around the yolk and without having been cooked at all. At this point it was too late to send back as my flight was leaving. Bread was not toasted and the cheese not melted. Literally the lowest amount of effort went into this breakfast that they could have put forth. Bought a mimosa and the plate. They also only allow you to tip prior to receiving the food or service. Go anywhere else.
