Bartender Dave was extremely rude. Will never go back there again. Went to Barrios instead and had great service.
This is a pretty good option to stop for a drink or something to eat at the MSP airport before a flight. We got breakfast here and it was pretty overpriced, but that’s expected at the airport. The service is also lackluster - you just scan a QR code and order on your phone and they bring it to you. That is also something that’s not too surprising when you’re at the airport. I will say that the food was tasty, and we got in and out pretty quickly, which is ideal when at the airport. I would come back here again!

Minnesota Wild Bar is an alright options in a sea of mediocre choices at Terminal 2. Lol Every time I visit they're beyond busy, not enough staff, the employees are stressed and complaining, and operations are more inefficient then they should be as a result. Yet they manage to make a go of it. If it is after 9:30am, the menu consists of a burger, nachos, pulled pork, boneless wings, salad, or a quesadilla, and cheesecurds. Sometimes they offer 2 kinds of pizza. Pulled pork sandwich is usually a safe bet. Chicken quesadillas are pretty good. Bloody Mary's hit the spot. Airport pricing is present, so a sub par meal and beverage will cost $40. Eat before you get to Terminal 2.

I feared the worst after my first interaction with the lady greeting me and then reading the reviews about the service. Fortunately the lady serving me was pleasant and the gentleman who brought the food even more so. The buffalo chicken wrap was tasty and the fries were hot. Technology awful. It wouldn't check out and I saw others having issues.

Ordered a Long Island and boneless chicken nuggets. The drink was a terrible poor and the chicken was not white meat, but frozen quality nuggets. Prices reflected quality product but the quality was downright awful.

The waitress that I got (short, afro-American, heavy-set, with red hair) is extremely rude. Gave me an attitude when I asked simple questions about the menu. I felt like I was being talked down to like I was stupid.
Lady, if you don't like your job, try something else and quit taking it out on your customers.
To management, are you mistreating your employees? Or do you just not train your staff? Read the other comments in the reviews.
To the owner, you could be losing money... Take care of your business

Nothing about this restaurant is appealing. Ordered fish and chips (via the QR code—not very customer friendly), huge mistake. Food was tasteless and barely warm. Server was neither friendly nor helpful. Terribly overpriced considering the poor quality of the food. They charge a “hospitality fee” but the hospitality was lacking. I will not return to this restaurant.

We've never had a server as unfriendly and rude as the lady we had. Any question we asked was wrong and it felt like we were an imposition. Fries were stale and soggy. The price we paid with the poor service I would say don't waste your time or money.

I ordered a bagel to-go while at the airport. Multiple members of the staff acted like I was a bother placing a to-go order (hostess and bar staff). After placing the order, the bartender asked me to go to a separate blocked off waiting area. I was there for 15 minutes waiting, but at that point I asked a different wait staff if my order was ready. After 20 minutes, the bartender yells to me that my order is ready. So I go up to him at the busy bar and he gives me a blank look. I said "pick-up order?" He goes "Yeah it's over there."
Staff is rude. Service is poor. Waiting 20 minutes for a toasted bagel is ridiculous.

Food was very expensive which I understand it’s an airport but if you’re gonna to have high prices at least make the food good. The boneless chicken wings tasted like they came out of a microwave and the flatbread was not good either. The worst part about this place IS THE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I’ve never seen a group of more disrespectful waitresses that were so terrible at their jobs. One of the ladies with bushy hair and glasses kicked out bags out of the way very rudely. Hopefully the owner or manager reads this and makes the proper adjustments. This is a beautiful restaurant it just needs to some staff realignment. I will not be coming back anytime soon until changes are made!

The food is okay, but the service is absolutely abysmal. One lady in particular is downright rude. I asked for the bill and she walked away without any explanation. I assumed she was going to get it. Nope. My wife and I eventually figured out we had to pay via a QR code. A simple explanation of that fact would have gone a long way, but no such luck. We also overheard her treating other customers with contempt when they asked very basic, reasonable questions. It's amazing what a restaurant can get away with when their clientele are transient. I certainly won't be back, and I encourage anyone reading this to go somewhere else.
