Food was amazing! We didn't know what to order, but the server was very helpful. The seafood and tofu soup was especially delicious, and the skin on the snapper was nice and crispy. This is definitely one of those places that you have to try a few times to explore the menu!

CASHIER HAS LITTLE MAN SYNDROME !!!!BEWARE!!! I Ordered food over the phone, didn’t get a total, showed up to pay, the food was more than I was willing to pay for mediocre food so we asked them to remove one item, the little man (cashier) said “but you ordered two”, I replied with “we’re saying we want one now” he goes ask for permission before saying No and demanding we pay for everything in a very rude tone I said “fine you don’t want to remove one item we don’t want the order anymore” proceeded to get up and walk out, halfway out the restaurant the little man screams “hey get back here” I obviously didn’t listen and continued on my way, he proceeds to harass and attempt to berate while calling the cops, the LITTLE MAN then follows us to my car while he’s on the phone with the cops and he starts making things up, LITTLE MAN: “they’re running away”
me : “I’m walking right next to you”, then continues to yell and call us broke, what a terrible experience, they could have gotten $64 had they simply removed one item. Instead they got nothing.

My wife and I went for lunch on a Thursday. Only one other couple in the restaurant and then a few other people showed up while we were there. We ordered from the lunch menu. We had Bibimbop and SoonDuBu Chigae. The former was the classic form I've had before and it was very tasty and savory. The tofu seafood do was light with a slight spice in his to it. A gentle salty seafood broth. It came with a few kimchi and rice.
The server was attentive and professional.
This restaurant has been here for decades and has always been known for authentic Korean dishes. I haven't been to Korea for 30 years, but remember the food fondly!
It's important that we visit these quality restaurants so that they can remain open and we can continue to enjoy high quality international cuisine in the Twin Cities

Amazing food and service. Around noon, they aren't that busy at all and even though their was only one server, he was attentive and kind. The tteokbokki was delicious and so was the side dishes. My party ordered the grilled mackerel and chef special #8 spicy chicken and they both were delectable. The fish was full of flavor, flaky and juicy while maintaining a moderate crispy skin. The chilled spicy noodle was of the same pleasent caliber. The portions were great for the price. There were no bad dishes.

The kimchi jeon was good, just a little more doughy tasting than I'm used to. The japchae had an odd, too sweet taste to me. Other than that, I thought my red snapper was delicious, and my family members all seemed to enjoy their meals (beef bulgogi, chicken bulgogi, and some sort of sweet and sour chicken dish). It took a minute to get our orders in, but the food came out very quickly, and piping hot. The servers were fast and polite.

(Gina) I stopped by today. I'm Korean and don't usually eat out at Korean restaurants because my mom is such a good cook but it's been so Hot (90's) she didn't want to use the oven and needed a break. All the food and banchan's were so so good! They gave way more food than I thought they would. The service was wonderful! The price was good also. I had tried this place a few years ago once and did not like it much but I totally change my mind now! My mom even said that she wants to come back here and that everything was good! My mom is a hard Korean critic with Korean food. We both enjoyed our meals and will be coming back! Thank you again for the great service!

Absolutely delicious. Fresh and tasty. Expertly cooked. Food is outstanding. If you love Korean food, best in MN. If you are new to it, go on youtube and do your research. I love the old school vibe of it. Feels like the 80’s, in the best way. The area the restaurant is in is not the best. High city vibes with everything that brings. But intensely worth it.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Excellent food and fast service, and they play K-pop music videos non-stop. My husband and I come here for date nights and special occasions. The price for volume/quality of food is fantastic. I want more people to come here, it's a gem!
