Moe’s stole $140 from me. I ordered online 2 taco kits plus queso and guacamole. They delivered a bag of chips and a cup of queso. Stapled to the bag was my receipt for a charge of $140. I called the store. They told me to call DoorDash. DoorDash said the store needs to refund me. The store said they can’t. Corporate said it’s up to the store. Filed a dispute with my bank. It shouldn’t be this hard. Just give me my money back. I didn’t get my food.

I am writing to say this was my farewell meal at Moes. I will do anything in my power to avoid eating at any Moes ever again. The rice was flavorless, the chicken you can immediately tell is of very poor quality. The guac, the sauce, all ingredients extremely sub par quality. Do yourself a favor and go find something else to eat. You’ll thank yourselves. Goodbye Moes. I threw half of it out. Have to state the facts.
The first time I have thrown out food I ordered; and Im a senior citizen Breakfast burrito — the wrap was still frozen, the eggs, veggies were at least a day old. Two bites and I couldn't take a third.

I have been getting the Homewrecker with steak since 2006. I have never changed my order because I loved it so much. My family and I visited Moe’s today for lunch and Í got the same tried and true order. It was obvious to both my husband and I that the steak was completely different. Honestly, it’s terrible. It made the entire burrito taste different. The old recipe was perfect- tasty and it was obvious that it was higher quality. This new “steak” is gross and I don’t know if I will hurry back to a place I used to love. This is disappointing.

I’d give it a zero if I could. WORST burrito I’ve had. Terrible ingredients and it’s smallest one I’ve had. Worst part was it was 17 DOLLARS.
There was only one person preparing food and it took around 3-5 minutes per order. To order, you first have to put your order in the kiosk, then you have to stand in the ordering line and tell them your order while they make it. It's confusing, and if you don't stand in the right line, they won't make your order.
After paying for the food, we gave up after 30 minutes without getting our order and went elsewhere.
This location must be better staffed - I felt bad for the one employee who was overwhelmed with orders.

I placed a order for a delivery and the app changed it to pick up. They even asked me my delivery address. so called the store to have them remake my order because it was had been sitting for 45 minutes. The manager Kyle told me to contact customer service mean while they were closed. so basically I am out of the money I put out for food I never got. This is so disgusting I will never order from Moe's ever again. I will order from somewhere that values their customers and appreciate them.

Arrived later in the day and food was pretty well spent. Was ok. Happy to see vegan options of black beans, brown rice and tofu tho.

Moe’s used to be fantastic. Pretty sure I’m sitting in a store right now for the very last time. The only location convenient to my work and home was foreclosed on and is gone. My favorite Kaiser salsa is gone. A drink is gone from the Monday deal, and the entire deal really isn’t a deal anymore. So long, and thanks for all the chips (and salsa).
