I eat at Moscow On The Hill every time I am in town for work. The food is always consistent, high-quality, and the atmosphere is wonderful. There’s not a bad seat in the house and the service is excellent. You should definitely consider a stop here during your time in St Paul. I can’t wait to bring my family from Oklahoma here one day!

We had dinner and drinks on the patio. Great cabbage rolls and excellent martinis! I had the "Bond" with a twist. Good service.

Delicious food and great service. They were very prompt to clear glasses and dishes from the table. I had the lamb, which was nice and tender. Highly recommend their house infused vodka. I had a shot of the cherry, my favorite.

Please figure out how to split a bill for a large group. It creates a big unnecessary hassle onto the customer when they ask specifically for splitting a bill.

Update: It doesn't create a "smooth and efficient" experience for large groups when they're asked for one person to handle the bill. Also, most POS systems allow for proper separation of a large group's bill if asked. Just because "other similar restaurants" do this doesn't mean that's the way your business should be doing it this way. Also, most restaurants already accommodate this with larger groups, so I'm unsure what these restaurants are that they are referring to. A good restaurant nonetheless, but it just created an unnecessary discussion and work on the customer at the end of the night.

First time to try this kind of food. It was pretty good.
But I would honestly say that some of the dishes do not fit my appetite.
Everyone has different preferences of foods though, it is very subjective.

Overall, I like the atmosphere here. It gave me a cozy feeling.
The service was good too and the staff was willing to explain different foods on the menu and recommend different styles of the cuisine.

I tried the dumpling, well, it is not bad, but just not the way I used to have.

The bread and the stew were delicious! Especially the stew.
The meat was tender and delicious! The potato was great as well.

Overall, worth giving it a try to see if you like it or not!

Service was a bit slow, but attentive, and the food was fresh and delicious. We sat out on the patio, and although it was full of people, it was not too noisy, and there was a great vibe in the air.

Vegetarian options: Options are not marked as vegetarian, but as a vegetarian you would be able to find plenty to eat. However, if you are vegan, I think you would have a hard time finding a meal here.

The food here is amazing. Chicken Kiev was so good and dumplings are the best thing I have ever put in my mouth!

Very good food and drinks. We went for early dinner, so it was not bust. Still, everything was top notch.
