Ambience gives it three stars. If it weren't for that, 1 or 2 would be appropriate. I was told the oysters were large. My pinky fingernail was larger. The burger was dry, leathery and bland with a hard, stale bun and a slice of red onion about 1.5 inches thick. Brussels sprouts did not look or taste like brussels sprouts. Absolutely phenomenal. The beers were alright, cocktails very good, entrees incredible, and the desserts as good as the entrees. Andy was a great server. This place earned a “must go” any time we come back to Minneapolis
Friday night dinner at Noyes was awesome. Seated right away by Jorge (awesome guy!) and then served by Mel (equally as awesome!). Mel made fantastic menu suggestions to answer a couple of questions my wife and I had. We love the space, design and view the location offers. But the food is the real star. We both ordered the halibut and added the brussel sprouts. Fantatic!! Thanks for great night!!
