Had a couple poor experiences here. Most recently, it took over 90 minutes to get our pizza, so they gave us a promo code for a free pizza. When we went to pick up the free pizza at the latest projected time, they hadn't started it and said it would take another 20 minutes.On top of this, the promo code didn't work when we tried ordering online. The call center couldn't fix it and transferred us to the store. The store couldn't fix it and told us to call the customer service line to get it fixed.

Drove to my house and just stopped for a second then left so I called them the "manager" said that I have to put my phone number in and they said that they couldn't find our house when they stopped and looked then left. Don't recommend.

Edit (about a week later, on September 6th): After taking a survey about my experience via email, my feedback was quickly replied to and they made up for the off night they had or whatever when I ordered a week or so ago.I appreciated how prompt their team was in replying and offering a reasonable compensation for my "meh" experience.Anyways I got a free pizza and it was wonderful. Literally, actually the best pizza I think I've ever had. Even better than a lot of small local places which I tend to prefer. The toppings were just like, very harmonious lol.So I'm changing from 3 to 4 because I think as a whole this is a good location, they just had an off night the other time I ordered.These are the messiest tiniest pizzas I've ever gotten lol. I ordered from here once before during the day and it was great but night staff must be different or something. It was still okay but yeah, not impressed just because they're pretty spendy and I expected a medium to actually be a medium. And this one is cut nicely but the other one is all weird and effed up. Oh well, I guess I just probably won't order from Papa John's again.

Food was fine but I ordered it for a specific time 2 hours in advance. The operator screwed up and scheduled a delivery as soon as possible and I told him to fix it. I waited on hold for 5 minutes and he told me it was fixed. It was not. Pizzas that were supposed be delivered at 1:00pm were delivered at 11:55am. It screwed up everything for my group.

I order online at around 245 ish and I was supposed to get it by 330, didn't get it till 4. When I got it, it was Luke warm and cut in a weird way. Prob won't order again.

I’ve ordered from this place on Saturday then today. Saturday I wanted extra marinara sauces got charged didn’t get them. Today I ordered the chicken bites n only got 6 bites when Saturday I got 8 then my Doritos papadas are burnt and has barley any chicken in them I’m upset for real because almost $40 for this and it is not worth it at all! I’ll never order from them again!!

Don’t do delivery, still waiting for pizza 2 hours laterUpdate: 3 months later I decided to get a pick up order……… it was abysmal. order was not started an hour in when I had stopped there after placing a mobile pick up they informed me it would be 30 minutes. My order must not have been queued properly and I came there 45 minutes later and they still hadn’t even started the pizza yet. I have had two extremely frustrating night ruining experiences here, management needs to fix this. I am asking for a coupon or some sort of mercy. Avoid this restaurant like the plague.
0 stars for the service by this location ..Worst manager doesn’t know how to talk to customers at all .. said them no cross contamination, and cleanliness should be maintain since i am alergic the manager over there having argument and feels like he doesn't want to work i guess .. please change this guy or else you guys will loose lot of customers

Horrible customer service. Cashier was mad because I asked for a couple paper plates and crushed red peppers. He proceeded to ignore me so I asked again. He reluctantly handed over a couple plates and then grabbed three packets of pepper and tossed them at me. I came home and opened up a box of burnt pizza. Disgusting.

The driver, Dillion, did a great job! I appreciate him being patient while I came down to my lobby and getting the order. The delivery was on time and the food was excellent. The drivers are always in great communication with me.
