Chimborazo St. Paul Reviews
Great people, great food, great morals. Thank you!
The soup was exceptionally tasty. I would definitely return.
I initially visited this place when it first opened, and my experience wasn't impressive enough to make me return. However, with the positive reviews accumulating over the years, I decided to give it another try. I'm pleased to say that this time around, I was very satisfied. Based on the reviews, Chimborazo St. Paul is an amazing Ecuadorian restaurant with fantastic food that is a delight to the eyes and tastebuds. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with vibrant décor and music. The service is amazing, friendly, and helpful. The food has such depth of flavor and everything is cooked perfectly. Huge portions are a highlight, with enough food for 2 or 3 servings. The flavors are rich and authentic, with dishes that feel homemade and comforting. Specific meals mentioned include the CHAULAFAN, an Ecuadorian fried rice with pork, chicken, shrimp, egg, carrot, peas and green onions. The Cheese Empanada is great, especially with Hot Honey on top. The sanduche de pollo is marvelous with lots of flavorful chicken and mozzarella cheese. The Churrasco plate is flavorful and filling, with perfect rice and whole beans. The ceviche is fresh and citrusy, and the empanadas are perfectly crispy. The sauces are absolutely delicious, especially the ají criollo. The potato cakes are toasty on the outside, pillowy and buttery on the inside. The yuca is on the sweet side and very good with the green sauce. This is one of the best Ecuadorian restaurants.
