One of our favorite casual lunch/dinner restaurants. The owner is very friendly, soups and pho are delicious, as well as the rice platters. Great egg rolls and dumplings too! Parking is easy.

My Bahn mi bo kho was diluted... along with 3 pieces of beef and two tiny carrots... I'm not sure if I'll recommend it. The pho was about the same. But the service was good.

My wife and I have had pho from all over the place, and we love Pho Pasteur so much. Something about their broth is magical. It's so delightfully flavorful, and the rare stake is perfecly tender. Ever since we discovered Pasteur, any time we've had pho from somewhere else, we both agreed, "nope.. it's just not Pasteur's level."

Please I you are black or have some Colors don’t try it. I Was stick, craving spicy soups,l for 3days. My fiancée did a quick google search and we headed to the restaurant. We try ordering but right there the women was disrespectful, speaking to me like I can’t understand her or I’m a kid even if she was messing with order. We finally got thought that and took a sit, when other costumers entered my fiancée notice the welcome was different we had side eyes they had big smiles. But I recently moved from Minneapolis those stuff doesn’t bother me as much. But then I wanted to grab some of the hot sauce on the table for my pho, when the women came to me yelling why was I taking hot sauce and that everything will be in my take out bag from the kitchen. I explained I’m here just because I want something really spicy but she won’t hear anything. She even said we have to pay for extra sauce and that those are really expensive . To which we both replied paying is not an issue but went on yelling and I had to asked he to stop yelling. When the food came out I doubled check and there were no hot sauce just hoisin sauce went to her and she still insisted we could not have more. Left so frustrated but hoping I would still get the extra jalapeño I asked for. Got home 3 slice of jalapeños and I wasn’t able to eat the pho. Wish I could give 0 star but had to give for the review. They are only friendly to white and Asian

Me and my partner are two Asians growing up with Pho, and we are confident to say this is number one in the lower 48. Pho Pasteur beats those in coastal cities.

I love this place. The woman women who seem to run the show are very friendly and they know their customers. The egg rolls and Vietnamese sandwiches are delicious, as is the pho. There's almost always a nearly full house which speaks to it's success. This is a neighborhood gem and i frequent it about once a week. Love it!
I ordered #48 the broth was a little bit salty, not bad noodles was perfect. The banh mi sandwiches tasted very good ?

Pho Dac Biet (broth could have been more beefy) Fresh Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls (Sloppy wrapping but tasted great and excellent sauce as per the usual Vietnamese Spring Roll dipping sauce) Bun Vermicelli with Grilled Pork and Shrimp (Good but sauce could have been better. Flavor was unbalanced) Che (Simple & Delicious)
