Ordered Pho #47 ($16) and eggrolls ($8)for an early brunch. Service was quick.
Eggrolls: I like how peppery the eggrolls were and that they were not oily. The crust could be a bit crunchier and the filling could be a tiny bit juicier. Great filling-crust ratio.
Pho: great flavors, very well seasoned. The meats were so good. I do like Pho Hoa on Nicollet as well, and just for comparison purposes, it was more heavily seasoned than Pho Hoa. The Pho noodle texture was very great, it has a slight bounce to it.
The noodle’s flavor was a bit dough-y for my liking, so if I eat the noodle on its own, then the noodle overpowered the broth’s flavor. However it still tasted good if I paired meat and broth with every single bite of noodle.
They are very generous on the noodle. I scooped some out to the side and make my own little dry Pho Noodle mix with their chili oil, hot sauce, and hoison sauce. That tasted quite good.

One of the best spots for Pho in the twin cities!
Neighborhood staple. Always serving delicious food with a smile. We love the beef pho as much as the traditional beef broth ones. And kiddo loves the sesame chicken.

Nice chill atmosphere and really good food. Dumplings we're very tasty and the Pho is the start of the show. The Bahn Mi was also very tasty and the best I had so far. I would have added a Bahn Mi photo, but we devoured it before I had a chance. Will return to try other menu items. I recommend.

One of my favorite Vietnamese spots and I've been to nearly all of of them in the Cities. Pho Pasteur offers a standard Vietnamese menu with a high level of quality — banh mi on crisp French bread, fresh bun that nourishes you the second you bite into it, a wide variety of cracked rice platters and other dishes, and pho in a rich broth bursting with herbs. It's a family-owned spot and the service is very friendly and welcoming; in lieu of a kids' menu, the owner liked to bring out a little plate of rice and pork for my son when he was a toddler (which he DEVOURED!), on the house, and another relative would sometimes come by with a toy for him to play with, like a rubber chicken. The physical space is a standard casual dining restaurant but with comfy booths as well as tables. And they sell banh bao, hot or cold, that you can take with you as an on-the-go lunch for cheap. If you like authentic Vietnamese food I can't recommend a better place, and the service can't be beat.

exceptional food and service! I tried their Hủ Tiếu Bò Kho and was absolutely delighted. I’ve been searching for a decent Vietnamese spot in the Twin Cities for over a decade, and only yesterday did I finally stumble upon one - after making a spontaneous decision to stop by Pho Pasteur for dinner.
I can’t recommend this place enough and sure am looking forward to come back!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great food.
Customer service exceptional. Great food too.
Never disappointed at Pho Pasteur. Service is fast, food is flavorful, and the atmosphere is comfortable. I love the egg roll wrapped in a spring roll, the beef pho, and the pork banh mi. This is my go to Vietnamese spot in Saint Paul.
