Excellent pho! We keep meaning to try other dishes but the pho is irresistible (I love the vegan and my partner gets the chicken). The service is always quick and friendly. Clean restaurant. We come here frequently.

The best restaurant in hamline neighborhood! Family owned and run, the best noodles, and such a great vibe every time I go. In my opinion they have the best pho in the twin cities and nowhere else has come close!

The food was great but the service was fantastic! I forgot and left an item of mine at the table and someone from the shop found me outside to return it! 10/10 just for that. Definitely a great friendly shop.

A favorite spot for my Vietnamese companion, who's very picky about Vietnamese dishes (his mom's cooking being a gold standard for him, to which Pho Pasteur rises as close as is possible). The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is delicious! I'm vegetarian and never have a problem eating here. I like the bun (rice noodles) with tofu in particular as it's satisfying and fresh. My companion often goes for broken rice or pho.

Ordered BBH. Tasted really bland. And a really strong.. herb or something. Over powering the soup. I couldn't eat it. Took the meat out and it still had a strong hint of w.e in the soup I didn't like. Ate my banh mi which was fair to say the least. Never having bbh there ever again. Maybe it was a one off?

I love their tofu spring rolls. The peanut sauce is on point! The veg pho was also very nice as well!
My favorite pho place in the Twin Cities, hands down. The food and service are great. The parking lot makes parking easy too.

(Gina) I've been going here since it first opened! The pho is always hot and good, they're not shy on the portions. The owner and staff are wonderful! I go here about once per week and have brought many friends who also always give this place a thumbs up! My favorite Vietnamese restaurant ♥️👍

I had the chance to visit Pho Basil with a group of friends, and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with plenty of space and seating, we were immediately seated despite being a party of six.
The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes and beverages. I ordered the Tai Bo Vien in an XL size because I was craving both steak and meatballs. The portion was incredibly generous which was enough to cover both lunch and dinner for me Hahaha! It came with a side of fresh vegetables, and I appreciated the complimentary cold water.
One of the highlights was the condiment station, which had a wide selection of spices and sauces to customize your pho just the way you like it.
For such a large portion, the total cost came to $25.98 including tip, which felt like a great value. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our visit. There’s also a conveniently located men's restroom inside the restaurant and a spacious parking lot nearby, making the overall experience even more comfortable.
Highly recommended if you're looking for flavorful Vietnamese cuisine in a relaxed setting!
