Nice chill atmosphere and really good food. Dumplings we're very tasty and the Pho is the start of the show. The Bahn Mi was also very tasty and the best I had so far. I would have added a Bahn Mi photo, but we devoured it before I had a chance. Will return to try other menu items. I recommend.
One of my favorite Vietnamese spots and I've been to nearly all of of them in the Cities. Pho Pasteur offers a standard Vietnamese menu with a high level of quality — banh mi on crisp French bread, fresh bun that nourishes you the second you bite into it, a wide variety of cracked rice platters and other dishes, and pho in a rich broth bursting with herbs. Eggrolls: I like how peppery the eggrolls were and that they were not oily. The crust could be a bit crunchier and the filling could be a tiny bit juicier. Great filling-crust ratio.
