We had an absolute great time at the Pillbox! Jenn and Jeremy were our 2 bartenders while we visited and both were great! The food was great and the drinks were too!

Great atmosphere. Great server and she was quick and helpful My issue was my philly. Not toasted at all no basil and no pepper jack.... Served with really soft bread with cheese sauce all over it. No where to pick it up and no onions (i found a sliver) very soggy and that liquid cheese is instantly cold and makes the whole thing mush (but it was supposed to be toasted). They told me its knife and fork style. Ummmm. No. The meat inside was premium (very good). But only seasoned with pepper no other flavor. A philly sandwich should be picked up not just mush that I'm trying to cut through. Disappointed in that. But 1st world problems ..dont reinvent the wheel . Everyone understands what a philly is suppose to be. So when you order, thats what you expect.

We were greeted by the manager that seemed unhappy and he showed us a table outside that had cobwebs under the table. Gave us menus but one menu was full of food on it so he took it away and gave us another.
Ordered food and drinks. Then waiter came back over, super friendly but he brought us dirty appetizer plates. The top plate was seemed clean the other plates underneath were full of food and oil residue. My husband showed him right away when he placed them down on the table and the waiter seemed very embarrassed.
It ruined my appetite because it made me think of how clean the business really is behind doors.
First time here, last time coming back.

Perfect stop to wait out the traffic after an event at the Xcel Center. This place was slammed but Brandi was a ray of sunshine and gave great service despite the post-concert crowd. Good tap beer list!

Picked up the 'crispy' chicken sandwich/tater tots to go ..AWFUL 🤮!!! Not sure what happened. I have visited here numerous times with no issues. The sandwich was pasty, cold and just gross!!!
