Poppy's Bagels

I wish I could return my salmon and capers bagel, but the gate is so far. The bagel was dry, stale, and hard to chew. It says there are capers, but I don't see any.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! THEY ARE OVER PRICED, AND A VERY UNFRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE

Kiosk was easy to order from, it was fast and only $4 for a bagel + cream cheese, but it was not a very good bagel. Bagel was dry and cold, not at all what you would expect from a bagel restaurant. But for $4 at the airport what can you expect....

It looked nice/clean and I appreciated the self-ordering on touch screen. The bagels were decent but the ‘schmear’ was majorly lacking. Partway through our flight I was excited to have a late breakfast and it was super disappointing.

Got the turkey avocado egg and cheese bagel... mine was just turkey and avocado. Disappointing for $13. They were too busy to bring up the problem.

Was traveling and as we were waiting for our plane, we got some breakfast. It was def on the pricer side, but I will say that we got 2 good bagels. It was so delicious that I still think about it to this day! When we were there, they seemed to have still been prepping and just opening up. They had tablets to order it yourself, but there were some issues with it so we were waiting by the register, which there was a worker there, and he did not help us out, although he noticed us. After a couple mins, they helped us out and too our order.

Is this a joke? Am I being punked? Ordered a sesame bagel breakfast sandwich for $13 and it was a plain bagel with cornmeal on the underside? And looked like the literal saddest sandwich you have ever seen. Returned the food and got a refund. Get a biscuit sandwich from caribou for $5.40 across the aisle.

Got sausage egg and cheese bagel, egg was not scrambled but rather sunny side up. Sausage was not a patty but rather links split in two. Bagel itself was ok.

Two people in line ahead of me and a simple bagel sandwich took 25min. Unacceptable anywhere but crazy bad at the airport. Caribou around the corner had a line of 40 people and it emptied more than once while I waited. To add fuel to the fire the bagel was toasted or seasoned. Sad since I ordered an everything bagel and received a plain. Avoid this place like the plague until they fix their management. Worst dining experience I have had at an airport ever and that says something.

The bagel was hard and flavorless, and it seemed like the staff don’t eat bagels themselves with the amount of cream cheese they used (very little).

The Diet Coke we ordered also inexplicably had a vanilla taste to it. It was expensive and gross but we had a flight to catch so we didn’t have time to ask for a different drink.

The staff were clearly not happy to be there. Not sure if that’s management’s fault or theirs, but it was a bad vibe either way. We will not be back.

The menu describes the egg bacon and cheese bagel as 2 eggs scrambled. The young made made the order with one fried (runny) egg. Wheni pointed out the description said 2 eggs scrambled, he said he didn't care " that's the way he was trained to make it"

Ordered a turkey egg and avacado Bagel. Got on my plane and there was no avacado. Super disappointed. Also rude workers

There were 2 employees during breakfast time, one kept going to the other side where another food eatery is to talk and flirt with an employee. The other one would get out his phone from his pocket and look at it while then preparing food without washing hinds hands. Only ne self serve order kiosk was open, so then a line started to form

Absolutely NO customer service. Waited more than 10 minutes for a coffee, which was served Luke warm No MANAGER in sight. Shameful service!!!!

Seemed like a new upbeat place for breakfast. Two workers laughing and joking while many orders backed up and very little food came out Seemed very unorganized Egg and cheese on a roll nothing to drink and tater tots is like $15. Very greasy, crappy roll and very slow service. Eye appeal of store and music drew me in but I will never go back
