The bagel was hard and flavorless, and it seemed like the staff don’t eat bagels themselves with the amount of cream cheese they used (very little).

The Diet Coke we ordered also inexplicably had a vanilla taste to it. It was expensive and gross but we had a flight to catch so we didn’t have time to ask for a different drink.

The staff were clearly not happy to be there. Not sure if that’s management’s fault or theirs, but it was a bad vibe either way. We will not be back.

The menu describes the egg bacon and cheese bagel as 2 eggs scrambled. The young made made the order with one fried (runny) egg. Wheni pointed out the description said 2 eggs scrambled, he said he didn't care " that's the way he was trained to make it"

There were 2 employees during breakfast time, one kept going to the other side where another food eatery is to talk and flirt with an employee. The other one would get out his phone from his pocket and look at it while then preparing food without washing hinds hands. Only ne self serve order kiosk was open, so then a line started to form

Seemed like a new upbeat place for breakfast. Two workers laughing and joking while many orders backed up and very little food came out Seemed very unorganized Egg and cheese on a roll nothing to drink and tater tots is like $15. Very greasy, crappy roll and very slow service. Eye appeal of store and music drew me in but I will never go back

25 wait time for a bagel and sandwich due to understaffing. Overpriced poorly prepared food. Bagels are very small, poor quality and not fresh. This business is too cheap to pay their workers a living wage so they charge their poor customers a 4.5% surcharge.

This is a pretty decent quick breakfast. I went with a turkey, egg, and avocado sandwich (on everything bagel), and by airport standards, it was a good sandwich. I'd probably choose this place again next time I'm in this terminal, compared to the other options nearby. There's kiosk ordering, which was pretty quick and efficient, and you could make modifications to the menu items (which you don't always get the luxury of doing at airport places). I was happy.

Located at the back of the G concourse, be sure you really want to come here before you make the trek. I did not find the kiosk hard to order from, there are like four obvious large categories you select from. A "bagel with shmear" is very easily found and around $4, which may be the cheapest food I've ever found in an airport. The bagels are dry and hard. They were stingy with cream cheese but the chive cream cheese was good otherwise. Slow service for a very easy order.

Three people could only work on one order at a time. Had to wait almost 20 min for a plain bagel with cheese and then they gave me the wrong one. I gave it back. They put it in the trash. Another employee took it out of the trash and took it back around the counter to see what it was. She put it in with the other bagels to sell.

The only option is to order yourself from the kiosks and then they still tack on a “Hospitality fee” to the ridiculously overpriced food. I’d recommend somewhere else to eat.

I am not saying this is the worst bagel I have ever had, but it's the worst one I have ever had from a bagel shop. Kiosks hide just bagel with cream cheese under sandwiches, so i stood at it like an idiot for like 5 minutes before I found it. I watched the bagel go through a toaster but it is somehow not toasted and its definately a bagel they picked up at the grocery store on they way to work complete with that gritty cornmealy bottom. The only good thing is at 4 bucks its cheap by airport bagel standards, unfortunately it is not so much a bagel but more like one of those baseball bat warm up donut weights that someone dropped in a tub of generic cream cheese. Between this and Breuggers getting called out on reddit for serving grocery store bagels yesterday.....something strange is a foot in the bagel game at MSP.

They can't even open on time ?

Edit. After opening an hour late and some of THE worst customer I've ever experienced. The Bagel wasn't that bad. So I'll change my review from a 1 star to a 2 star. But if I were the owner/gm I'd fire everyone there and start from scratch.

Got a bagel with cream cheese and it appeared to be toasted for 5 seconds. It was definitely chewy. I did like the chive cream cheese though, that’s why it got an extra star.

Wish I would have seen the reviews or stopped somewhere better for breakfast. I don't know how this place is still open with all the bad reviews. The guy working there had a nasty attitude towards costumers and anytime someone would ask him a question he would get upset and even told a customer "cause I just told you how to work it" talking about the kiosk. Besides that, my $13 bagel was the nastiest breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Bagel wasn't toasted and the bacon wasnt thoroughly cooked. Threw it into the trash, got on my flight, and waited 3 hours to eat in Salt Lake. Tell dude to go run a Popeyes.
