The sandwiches are always tasty and filling. Love the assortment of chips available, and the desserts are excellent - especially the giant cookies! Don't forget to treat yourself to a shake too! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and get you in and out even during the busy lunch rush.

All the staff were wonderful and outstanding, and very eager to help, Jake especially! He was patient even while I was indecisive, was quick and efficient, and was an overall bright spot in my day! The store was clean and organized, and the food was comforting and delicious. 10/10!

I love Potbelly sandwiches. This location, not so much. I earned a free sandwich on the app and when I tried to cash it in, the app wouldn't give the credit. Twice I stood there with the cashier and showed them I should get a free sandwich, all they would say is , if the app doesn't work , no free sandwich. Today the deal expired, so I tried again ordering at checkout, took 3 attempts and finally worked. The girl at the register says yeah the app is bad, and blamed it...
